There are no remarks about the Kannada University. The atmosphere is good for learning and prospering in life. Faculty members are all well qualified and helping. The management on the whole works for the success of every student.

The Course curriculum is very well structured. Semester wise system of examination is followed as per the course structure. Each year comprises of 2 semester examinations. Practicals are also held along with the end semester examination as well as before it. Semester examination involves both the theoretical and practical part.

The placement given in our university is good. Since it is a government university one can explore placement opportunity in both the government sector as well as the private sector. However placement of is not 100% percent and students may have to look for placements from outside. For internship most of the time you have to manage things on your own as college doesn't have a dedicated internship structure.

Kannada University being a government university the fee is not that much as compared to the other private colleges that are offering this course. For a 3 year program in the domain you have to pay around 35 to 40 thousand rupees.

Our university has a good number of clubs like language club, culture club, sports club, etc which organize various activities from time to time. Events like the Republic Day the Independence Day the annual cultural fest etc are celebrated by the University. In terms of infrastructure it is quite good and has all the essentials that are required to be there.

The eligibility criteria for the Candidates is that they should who have completed Class 12 with graduation and post-graduation can also apply for UG, PG and PhD programme. The application process is offline. Interested candidates can obtain the application form along with information brochure from the university campus. I applied for the college after getting the application form and prospectus from the universities reception office. After filling the detailed application form and attaching all the necessary documents I submitted it. After verification of the documents I was granted the admission in the program.

The faculty of the university is very experienced and has a vast knowledge of their respective disciplines. Many of the faculty members have served in the culture, language and heritage protection related bodies of the government in past. They understand the fine lines of the domain and make sure that these things are passed on to the students through the teaching methodology.
