Course Curriculum Overview
Mechanical Engineering is a respected branch my course, machines and their mechanisms always left me speechless and wondering who makes the machines work, now, I can proudly say I can make it too. We designed a robot who carried small things from one place to another in our 2nd year and received an award for the same. As you would've already read, you must have completed your 12th standard with mathematics. Appear for JEE mains and apply in various colleges as most of them have their selection criteria on the basis of JEE main marks. After you're selected you will get a call or an email from the college regarding your admission.
Placement Experience
The college's internship opportunity is provided equally to everybody. The college has a strict policy of not letting one candidate undertake 2 internship exams if he is shortlisted by 1 company. Some of the companies even visit for internships apart from what we are pursuing, I got a technical content writing internship in my second year. The placement cell worked hard and placed approximately 80% of my seniors. Prestigious companies visit the college with good package that varies from 4 Lakh p.a to 14 Lakh p.a
Fee Structure And Facilities
The total fees for 4 years are approximately 408,000 INR 1st year- 102,0002nd year-102,0003rd year- 102,0004th Year- 102,000I find the fees quite affordable as the college provides us with enough equipment and knowledge to carry our academic work.
Admission
The quintessential criteria for going through JEE mains is that a candidate should have had mathematics as his/her main subjects in his +2 and scored a minimum of 75%. After I went through my JEE mains, I filled an application form for rs 750 INR (The application fees keeps changing). The college conducts UTU counselling on the basis of JEE main score and releases a cut-off after which the seats are allotted to the deserved candidates.
Faculty
The faculty is supporting as well as strict. The professors are knowledgeable and help the students out when the need be, along with encouraging us to experiment with different machines and make something out of nothing. The classes are interactive and not dead like many of my friends from other colleges tell me (Even IIT).
