Remarks
College management was really very helpful and always focussed on betterment of the college and the students. There was no compromise of discipline and rules for any reasons. It used to be same for all.
Entrance Preview
I took Tamil Nadu Board entrance examination We were the last batch to write this entrance examination. It was held by the Tamil Nadu State Government for all students who just completes their 12th standard final year in school board examinations.For engineering course a cut-off will be calculated from the major subjects Physics,Chemistry and Maths from the Board exams and the engineering entrance exams score. A state-level ranking will be generated for all students. A state level counselling will be conducted based on the ranking and the available course in the available college can be allocated. It will be based on that particular year's trending course.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course was designed as per the government norms. The college is one of the top most colleges of Tamil Nadu state. All the faculties were really helpful. Our college had advance infrastructure with well-equipped laboratories. We had a very good exposure to many advances technologies. We also had a competitive environment and environment to collaborate with other colleges,companies for our betterment.
Internships Opportunities
We had almost all top MNCs who visited our college to offer us the internship programs. In our batch almost 60% of us got intern-ships and hence had corporate exposure as part of our curriculam itself. Stipend details are confidential, but they are really good.
Placement Experience
The college has collaboration with all top MNC and hence the placement opportunities are enormous. We therefore had opportunities to take part in interviews from companies of different sectors and plan our career better.
College Events
We celebrated the following types of events Intrams An intra-college cultural event held annually,Memoris Computer science department conducts alumnus meet every year, to connect the current students with the alumni and hence aid in their collaboration,Kriya An inter-college technical event which helps in collaboration with many colleges and paves way for PSG college students to learn organization and leadership skills.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is feasible for all of us. Ours is one of top colleges in Tamil Nadu and hence is aided by the Tamil Nadu government for certain fundings. So the fee structure is not expensive.

There are many such features available in our college. But I have not availed any of it. Hence I do not have much details which I can furnish.
Campus Life
The campus life was really fun-filled. Gender ratio was also perfect. During our batch we also had many girl students in departments like mechanical and auto-mobile engineering. This clearly shows there is no gender related issues to chose or shape our career at PSG tech.No other discrimination was also experienced.
Hostel Facilities
The hostels were well equipped and had spacious rooms for the students. They were maintained neat and tidy. All sanitary related stuffs were taken care very well. We had computer points,parlour,stationeries,tailor shop and laundry facility inside the hostel campus. The mess food provided had a healthy menu however it never had a wonderful taste. We were provided with Non-veg meals upon purchasing tokens for them in addition to the normal menu on Wednesdays and Sundays.
Alumni/Alumna
PSG Tech has a very strong alumni network. We can refer to the database any time and get in touch with our alumni. College conducts alumni meetings very regularly and opens the way for the collaboration between students and alumni all times.
Exam Structure
It is a normal semester patter that is followed in most of the colleges in Tamil Nadu. A normal working day will neither be hectic nor chilled out. It was study cum fun filled structure we had.
Faculty
Friendly and highly knowledgeable faculties who were focussed on the students' betterment in all the domains. They not only taught us the syllabus,they also guided us well for preparing ourselves to face the professional world very soon and tuned us as good engineers.
