Remarks

The college is very strict about maintaining a peaceful and growing environment in the college and does not differentiate between their students. This makes a very comfortable place for students coming from any part of the world.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is completely focused on research and hence the practical work is very much. We spend most of our time in the field or in the labs completing the practical work for our thesis. There are also theory classes for the course as well.

Placement Experience

5

For the PhD program, there are no concrete placement programs, and students pursuing this course are already focused on either becoming researchers or professors in their area of expertise. However, for students who are searching for placement options there are placements cells in the college that helps out students with the same.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The course is is of a duration of three years and the fee has to be paid semester wise or even yearly if the student wants to. The total expense for the course is Rs. 1.63 lakhs. The first year fee is Rs. 63192, the second year Rs. 49788 and the third year is rs. 49788.

Campus Life

There are events for each department that are mostly celebrated by the college such as agriculture day, national fisheries day, independence day, republic day, etc. There are also cultural events and sports that occur in college.

Admission

There are certain steps for the application that the students have to complete before getting selected. The first and foremost thing is to be eligible for the course by having a masters degree with 6.5 CGPA. The applicant can then sit for the KVAFSu written test and get qualifying marks. The students should have also given their ICAR/NET/CSIR-SRF exam in the chosen field. Extra marks are given to students who have university medals or are involved in sports or cultural activities.

Faculty

The guides in our research course are very understanding and also supportive. They take the time out to understand the different issues that we might be facing in our research and also find out ways that could help us to make the work easy.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For jobs, it prepares you very well. You work through real case studies, Harvard business simulations, and a 4-to-6-month corporate internship, so you aren't completely clueless on day one at an office. If your goal is a PhD or pure research, though, it leans a bit too practical and corporate rather than deeply academic.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose BCom because I was a commerce student in my PUC, and I wanted to master in the same field. This course has shaped my knowledge on accounts and finance which has been some sort of a passion for me. Accounts, tally, finance, are the studies that are to be applied by anyone who's working with numbers, finances or in banks, account sectors etc which I'm doing currently, and it has really helped me a lot. The only improvement in this course that I seek is practical applications and workshops that would definitely help students enhance their skills.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Ayurveda is holistic science in total to study about. Ayurveda helps us a lot when it comes to the application and clinical practice point of view. Ayurveda aims at mainly "Swasthasya swasthir rakshanam, athurasya vikar prashamanam" our entire curriculum is based on the aim of ayurveda which states protecting the health of a healthy person and also reversing the pathology of the diseased individual. Ayurveda mainly aims at the Doshas(vatta, pitta and Kapha) to treat the pathology and also to maintain the health of the healthy person. Ayurveda language is sanskrit so 1st year Sanskrit should be learnt properly. The term vise examination and periodic assessment are helping us to revise and learn the concept better.

The college is pretty much affordable and the quality of teaching is also good. On top of that, the faculty was vell qualified.
