NIFT Raebareli, B.Des, Accessory Design

Reviewed on Jun 23, 2020

Course Curriculum Overview

The course structure is very well designed according to the comfort of students and its completely flexible. The exams arw held yearly. And in between there are class tests and practicals which are important. In Accessory designing we study about the jewelry, belts ,shoes, etc.

Placement Experience

Placements record of the Institute is good.I cannot say its excellent. The average package student get is 4LPA. I haven't got placed and find job on my own. But i have got chance of doing internship and there i learned alot also gained experience which was important.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees is no doubt expensive and for a middle class like me it was difficult to pay such amount. I submitted the fees by taking loan. The payment have to be mafe online.so, student must check the fees structure before thinking before taking admission.

Campus Life

Exhibitions, fashion shows , convocation ceremony are some of the events that are held. Extracurricular activities where interested student may participate. Sports competitions are thete which refreshes the mind and ate enjoyable.No.of Girls are more in the institute then compare to boys.

Admission

I Visited the official website of the institute and the admission form after downloading it from the site. The eligibility criteria for the admission in a Institute is the candidate must have passed 10 + 2 examination. NIFT also take entrance tests and shortlisted students are called for interview.I was lucky to be selected.I choose accessory designing as i was interested towards it and i love the way Accessory complete the whole outfit.

Faculty

The faculty is excellent.I love them and their behaviour. They do their work professionally..Give good career guidance. In every aspect they are encouraging and supportive too. Opportunities are also provided by them whic are good.

Hostel Facilities and Accommodation Experience at SRMU University

Likes

Supportive and knowledgeable faculty. Faculty Quality and Placement Opportunities at SRMU University
Spacious campus and decent infrastructure.
Supportive and knowledgeable Good academic environment and learning opportunities.

Dislikes

Placement opportunities could be improved.
Hostel facilities and maintenance need improvement.
More practical learning and industry exposure are needed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the course curriculum 4 out of 5. It is relevant and covers the essential concepts of the subject, providing a good theoretical foundation. However, more practical learning, industry exposure, and updated course content would make it more comprehensive and career-oriented.

The beauty of BHU

Likes

The things I liked about the college are the faculty and the professors. They are very cooperative and helpful.
The campus life is quite beautiful here, campus is very close to nature and you can get fresh air. Also the infrastructure is on the top they have all the facilities which are required.
There is an active placement cell in the campus which usually provide in campus placement to students according to their concerned departments.

Dislikes

Some of the things which i think should need to be improved are the classrooms and canteens.
Also I think there is need of improvement in placement cells fir humanities students.
For library I would also say there needs an improvement because they have less capacity in comparison with number of students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course is very relevant. I took admission in pg diploma in guidance and counselling which is a one year diploma course. I was inspired to do this course specially because it can provide you placement for sure. After this you can apply as a counsellor in any academic setting or NGOs.The teaching method of professors is quite good. They almost cover the entire syllabus before exams

They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam
