Remarks

The overall college education and extra facilities are really great and students find the environment very peaceful and comfortable to jell in with the other students.The labs and libraries fulfill all the requirements of the students academically and the placements by the college are excellent.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is more of practical structure as students get exposure to study all the aspects of the subjects.The course is divided into even and odd semesters according to the Regulation 2015 followed by the college.The exams are taken internally and externally in which altogether we need to score 50% to pass the examinations.

Placement Experience

4.5

The placements are for sure given to 90% students every year and that to with high pay packages and very good posts.The college has a very good exposure and an environment that grooms the students holistically not only academically but also on their creative fronts.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The course fees is feasible as the college is a government body and has all kinds of facilities for students who pursue their career here.The fees structure is affordable for all economic groups and for those who are inefficient to pay are given help in the form of scholarships.

Campus Life

The college has a student population with equal ratio from both the genders. The discrimation on any grounds is not entertained in the college and also it is made sure that students are given equal opportunities to grow and groom themselves holistically.The college organises cultural and sports events and also celebrates all national and important events.

Admission

The admission in B.Tech course is granted on the basis of +2 marks and score in TNEA which is thr entrance exam to be given by the students.The college has a high competition in admission process as it is a recognised institute and has very good placements.

Faculty

The college faculty is extremely brilliant and efficient in the areas of their expertise.They have a good experience and knowledge in the subject they teach and also make sure the students are interested and interactive in the lectures.They provide help in every aspect of academic need.

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

I like the MBA to learn about the marketing domain and gather the proper information. And I planned to do the course in the KVIM and they used the digital methods to the course and the give the proper content to succeed the course

all staffs are we experienced in their field and good in explaining, very friendly
hostel is well maintained and college is always clean
everything works in college based upon the review system. so any issues will resolve quickly

Placement Experience:

HIMT has good placements rates to all the batches, espically for GME they are doing well good. many gets placements in first semester itself. many big gaint companies in marine industry are approching to HIMT for placements.

My bad campus life

Likes

The environment is very good.its very natural atmosphere.
Teaching and facilitys are nice.we can learn very much.
The all facility is near by near .its a good thing.

Dislikes

The management is very bad.they not consider our students.
The fees structure is very different for all students.its too bad.and they decided the fees category is very cheep.
The hostel facility is not good.and also food its very bad.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually i like computer jobs. So i selected the course. Its very different one. Mainly programming. But its very interesting and valuable.cse computer science is a very high value course and i have lot of opportunities after completing the course. I.think in this types of course in curriculum they want to include practical sections more than text books.

I got admission in this college via counselling. I had PCB in 10+2 and gave NEET which a national entrance test exam to get admission into medical courses. The scores obtained in entrance exam matters a lot in deciding the merit.

The best college experience

Basically, enrollment into this college takes place via TNEA Counselling, and you can easily get into this college if you have a cutoff above 185 out of 200. I had a cutoff of 189 and got the course. The cutoff is calculated using the marks you scored in your 12th-class exams. You can find the application form and all sorts of things on the TNEA website.
