Remarks

The campus life is good and I have had great company for the past years. The seniors are pretty helpful and I didn't face any serious incident of ragging as such. The teaching methods are good overall .

Course Curriculum Overview

The course focuses on the various aspects of Agriculture and how to increase the efficiency of the produce. The exams are not too tough and are held every six months. Interesting assignments and projects are given in order to evaluate the students and what we have learnt.

Placement Experience

Placements are full and openings for work are exceptionally high. Agribusiness and food enterprises give situation to horticulture understudies from our school. Seed creation enterprises give employments to understudies in our school at a decent bundle. The highest package offered in 15 lacs which is amazing.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The charge structure isn't so much costly yet it is attainable. The all out expense of the school is Rs.26000 for two semesters selective of chaos charges and container charges. This Rs.26000 incorporates education cost and hostel expense and assessment charge.

Campus Life

Admission

The institution hold a Entrance Test (ET)/ Agriculture Aptitude Test (AAT) every year for the students seeking admission into Bsc courses. I got admitted based on the scores of this test itself. Agricuture is the backbone of the country and hence it is important to study about it .

The faculty of the school is extremely apparent. All the educators are proficient and all are researchers of agriculture. They give subtleties of each subject and pragmatic assessment is likewise there.so understudies get full information from the staff.

usually students become eligible for placements from the start of last year of the course. The Average package is almost 7 to 8 LPA and the highest placement for BCA last year was 18 LPA. Atleast 70% of Undergrads . The University also offers 25% Svholarship if you want to pursue masters from here

the fees are quite high and some students may find it difficult to manage
the university could further improve administrative processes
the univer could further improve the connectivity in some areas

Placement Experience:

KR Mangalam University provides placements, assistance and career guidance to help students prepare for employment. According to the universities published placement records. The school of physiotherapy and rehabilitation sciences reported placements for its eligible students. However, actual opportunities and salary packages may vary depending on the role skills and the employer. I have not experienced the placement process yet. I believe that physiotherapy offers good career opportunities in hospitals, rehabilitation centres sports clinics, private hospitals, and other healthcare centres. After completing my degree i can study further and do my MPT in any specialisation can also open my own clinic or can work as a freelancer physiotherapist.

My Overall Experience at JGU was very good

Placement Experience:

I get career counselling through the Office of Career Services as I gear uo for my placements at JSJC. The OCS links us to top news channels in the country, digital media companies, PR firms, ad agencies, and content production houses. The seniors have bagged job positions ranging from multimedia journalists, podcasters, digital strategists, sub editors, to corporate communicators. Through our constant intercation with the industry and practice of portfolios and mock interviews, we are fully ready for the professional arena.

Tremendous campus life.

Placement Experience:

We get campus placements in the 3rd year. We haven't really visited any companies till now... Highest higheat package is 12Lac per annum and average package is 6Lac per annum. Percentage of students getting placements is 80% After getting the degree I'd probably leave this country.

An honest but comprehensive review

Likes

Lab are clean and well maintained,we have availability of almost all chemicals within the laboratory,then we also have the available of all the essential equipment that are required to carryout the experiment,our teachers are incredibly supportive.
The faculty are extremely knowledgeable and experienced in there subjects,they help us to clarify all the doubts if we have any ,apart from that we are provided notes from our faculties for every module,the teachers are also there to help us out .

Dislikes

The washroom are mostly dirty and they are not pretty clean
Placements are not very good they are below average

The curriculum is really comprehensive and helps us to understand the subjects pretty nicely, I choose this course due to the faculty experience and there educational background ,the curriculum doesn't really prepare us that well for real world application,the exams are conducted on regular basis,class tests are also conducted

Dislikes

High competitive environment among students and occasional strict campus rules.
Strict minimum attendance criteria of 75% which leaves little margin for emergencies.
Campus is located away from the main city center, making daily commuting longer

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements starting from the 5th semester. Top recruiters like HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, and Bajaj Capital visit the campus, offering around 70 to 80 percent of students job offers. The highest package offered goes up to around 6.7 LPA, while the average package is around 3.5 to 4.5 LPA for roles like Financial Analyst and Banking Associate. My personal plan after finishing my degree is to gain a few years of corporate work experience in the finance sector.

I like the idea of industrial visits real scenario

Dislikes

Although they have incubation facility but they didn't have provides funds for the and didn't provide OD to
I don't like the idea of 75% attendance.
They should change the food or canteen services because they didn't provide a good quality food

Pros and cons of being an agriculture student

The students who have completed 12th with PCB/PCM/PCA/PCMB with 50% marks are eligible for this course. The application form, application fres and application dates are available on the official website of the university. Some seats are reserved for the underprivileged categories SC, ST and OBC along with economically weaker sections. Seats are also reserved as sports quota, for the children of army officials and physically handicapped students as well. Some seats are also being provided to the children of the villages which have donated lands for the KVK's. The reservation benefits should be given to only those students who actually need it.
