Remarks
This college is close to my house or I should say the closest engineering college from my house is 16 km away which is this vit. It has a great infrastructure and is closely located near the local train station as well as bus service from station to college is really good. It has very good placements. It is fully air conditioning and really helps from Mumbai unbearable heat. Great teachers with years of experience as well as if you miss any lecture you get recorded lecture which you can watch any time anywhere. I chose the EXTC branch because from starting only I had a great inclination towards hardware devices and how they work. Every day new events are organized and every day there is something new to learn.
Course Curriculum Overview
So my course is electronic and telecommunications, OK so vit provides its students with its own study materials including notes, previous year paper and general questions as well as the syllabus is continously changed according to university norms. OK to pe honest few faculty members are not up to the mark from the reputation of the college but few teachers like Nasir sir he is our maths teacher have a very good sence of teaching his class is full of knowledge and fun. If teachers have great knowledge but I feel they are not able to express what exactly they want to say. Doubts are always appreciated by all the faculties.
Placement Experience
OK, I am not fully aware about this because I just passed my first year. But the placements are more than average compared to other colleges.
College Events
Our college works fully online and have very less paper work needed mealy in all aspects. There are so many culture events going on every day in college and there are countless commities organizing new and creative events. Festivals are also given great importance in our college I still remember the joy of the garab night when whole college cam in ground with full music we danced till 9 pm. It was a great experience. Not only this our college have organised events in which bollywood acters like deepika padukone, manoj jhosi and many more.
Campus Life
Our college have top class infrastructure with great sports facilities like 2 playground to play football (mini football), we have basketball court and volleyball court merged in one place, we have batminton court, atleast 8 table tennis tables, 3 ps4, atleast 8 gaming pc, 2 snooker table, 10 carrom board, karaoke, then we have 6 to 7 chess boards, and a very big auditorium, there are Many labs preasent undergroumd lvl which is a bit in under construction but it have all the equipment needed for all your engineering studies, we have a very big library and a study area, from library you can issue books for your studies and no need to buy books nearly all the authors books will be available there. We also have WiFi facilitie available with a great speed. We also have a full apple lab for senior year students.
