Course Curriculum Overview

It's Quite good and Relevant. I have learned some of the core subjects and gained knowledge throughout my 4 years of Graduation. Professors helped me gaining the knowledge and in scoring good marks. It's a good option to study your graduation. If anyone wants to get into TCET, just apply through The college Directly.

Placement Experience

2.5

Placement is quite good but only for IT and Computers guys. They get placed very easily as they have more options to choose. As a ME student we didn't have much options.

College Events

3

We hold many fests but Tech Zephyr is the greatest one as it allows various colleges to participate in different cultural activities and sports. It lasts for 3 days and mostly all the crowd comes on 2nd day as they know about it more and more day by day.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees gets increased yearly not by much but yes it does. The college is pretty transparent about it fees and process. I have paid around 5Lakhs during my 4 years in the college. So yes its not that expensive considering the atmosphere it provides.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, I didn't opted for any loan or scholarship. And it does provide scholarship but I dont know much about it.

Campus Life

Campus is pretty decent and theres no gender discrimination at all. It has good labs and sport events. There are few extracurricular activities as well such as NSS and ASME etc. You can be a part of it if you like such type of work. Though some politics is involved in getting into the core committee's.

Hostel Facilities

No, as I stay very close to the college. But yes there hostels and its pretty Decent. It is situated near Janu pada and its walkable distance. So if you're coming from another city stay shouldn't be a problem.

Alumni/Alumna

College seniors were very helpful in helping be it sports or studies. When it came to us in the four year even we tried to maintain the same decorum.

Admission

I gave an entrance exam. Jee mains and have applied it for Mechanical engineering. Then after cleaning the initial selection process. After the selection process through CAP round I got into the college. It has minority too and I was eligible for that also.

Faculty

3

There are 8 Semesters and nearly 5 subjects in each Semester. We had 5 days of college and nearly 5-6 lectures daily along with the practicals. The lab hours are sufficient for any one to perform the experiment and learn how exactly the things work out.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies) course primarily due to its highly comprehensive coverage of core business aspects specially human resources. The curriculum is well-structured to offer a deep understanding of corporate administration and strategic management, which strongly influenced my decision to enroll. Regarding the examination structure, semester exams are conducted systematically every six months, with internal assessments, assignments, and class presentations spread across the term. The timing is generally manageable, and the difficulty level ranges from moderate to high, effectively testing a student's analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities rather than just memory recall.

Placement Experience:

Yes there is placement cell of STES which is no different than other tier 3 engineering colleges offering a tier 3 average package depending on who is the recruiter. Students become eligible for campus from 3rd year of their degree. Highest package is something around 55 lakhs offered to a computer engineering student, and average is just like I said for a tier 3 college 5-6 lakhs(above or below). Almost everyone gets placed in the company but some might not.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chooses this curriculum as I am intrested to do law. Many of students and other peoples praises the college as "Best College of Law" in Marathwada region. To be honest. Really it is best college. Which gives us best curriculum during our academic year. The curriculum of college teaches me how to become a good lawyer. The arguing skills etc. There should be no suggestions from my side just to imrove the course curriculum as it is overall good. The timings and scheduled are fixed by college and university. Generally the exam is in two shifts 10:00 to 1.00 and 2.00 to 5.00pm.

Remarks:

Laxminarayan Institute of Technology is a reputed institute, when it comes to the field of Chemical Engineering. The placement at LIT for M.Tech students is also decent. In my batch, 50% of the students were placed on Campus, which is better than many NITs for Chemical Engineers doing M.Tech. The admission fees of 27,000 per year is also less in comparison with other institutes. The Teachers at LIT are also vastly experienced. Also the Institute was in my hometown, which made my decision even more easier.
