Good government college with good college life and academic year.

Course Curriculum Overview

It is semester based so total of 8 semester and 2 semester per year.Exam pattern is simple 1 mid semester exams and 1 end semester exams per semester.On campus placement are good.One can easily score above 7. 5 cgpa and sit in placement and then interview.

Placements are good. Most of the people get placed in major companies like reliance Maruti Suzuki etc.One has to give exam based upon the company requirment and then sit in interview and crack it.And internship are also provided paid non paid based on your intelligence.

Fest are there one in each sem.Cultural plus technical in the odd semester and sports fest in the even semester.People come in sports fest more.Cultural plus technical is 3 day fest and it consists of dj night games technical event like robo war etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's a govt college and fees is affordable and if you can't afford you can enroll to fee waver in admission but it consists of only 3/2 seats per course.And if one can't enroll in fee waver then he or she can opt for Uttar Pradesh scholarship and can pay their fees.

One can take the Uttar Pradesh scholarship portal and can submit their documents and can get tuition fees.

Campus Life

Gender ratio is good.Both girls and boys are their in each course.No. Of girls are less but there are seats reserved for girls per course.Gender equality is there.Economic status is varry as there are rich kids as well as poor kids but no discrimination is there as each student stands by the other student.

Yes they are helpful as it got a large alumni based network as this college is almost 100 years old.

Admission

JEE mains is the exam you need to give for this college.It's a government college so fees is affordable and campus is almost 100 years old so you got good alumni support as people around the world belong to this college.Semester based process is carried out.One mid sem one end sem.

Faculty

Most of the faculty are well qualified.Most of them are p. h. d holders and have good knowledge of the course and they have been teaching since you were probably born.So the experience and knowledge is Power of our professor's and they got good knowledge of industry.

Likes

Good Faculty : Faculty are supportive to your carrer growth they will provide guidance whenever you needed...
Campus Facilities: Infrastruture,labs everything is up to date accoding to the current need of the present.
Curriculum: Up to date industry oriented syllabus .

Dislikes

Strict Rules: rules are somewhere more stricter for college id,entering and exiting time .
Crowded classes: some classes are crowded sometimes
placement competition many students participating in the placements.

Placement Experience:

At NIET Greater Noida students becomes eligible for sitting in the placements from the 7th sem, with placement preparation starting earlier . Companies from IT sectors and others are visiting college. In my batch time the company that comes are JP Morgan & Chase , Razorpay, Juspay, TCS, Cognizant etc.

Likes

The office staff is very good and helps in every problem that is faced by a child and provides solution for that.
The teachers are supportive and helps students with great conceptual lectures.
The campus has a huge area and gymnasium and big grounds are available for physical fitness and games.

Dislikes

The toilets are not clean and it should be taken care of because it looks very unhygienic.
There are some students who come to college just for making the environment bad and also the College ID is not checked so anyone can enter the campus easily.
The fans and benches for students are very old and should be changed because it cause discomfort for the students.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester, the students are eligible for Placements. Wipro TATA INFOSYS Accenture ICICI bank Mahindra Are the some companies where studets gets placed. It think the highest package was 20 LPA and lowest package is 2.4 LPA. 25- 30 percent students are placed. My plan is to persue MBA after getting the BBA degree while doing a job.

A honest review about NIET(fees, internship,faculties,placements,and everything you need to know before joining)

Likes

The quality of study is very appreciable. As our syllabus is very updated. Also the practical knowledge in colleges very good as well.
New buildings for 1st year as to prevent ragging is a very plus point. This prevent first year student from ragging and also give them a very friendly and good environment as well.
The placements are very good as in terms of quantity and quality as well many many companies came here and also many big companies which do not come in any other colleges in greater Noida also come in NIET.

Dislikes

The one thing I decide is high requirement of attendance which is 85% attendance by this criteria we get less time in fore hours kill enhancement and learning other things.
Also the coding culture is quite not good for 1st year as well so this thing also I don't like.
The other thing I don't like is that the assignments pressure was quite high in semester one and very very much assignments was given to our branches as well.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for setting in the campus placements is from 6 semester. And for internships the students become eligible from 4th semester and the internship is mandatory for every student. The companies visiting the college are quite in number. The highest placements which was offered during the ongoing placement is 44 lpa. And the average packages for company and profiles of a days 7 to 8 LP. The percentage of students getting placements are very good as 80 to 90% students are getting placed. My plans after getting the degree is to get the highest placement

I liked the teaching methods of some professors in our college .Their way of teaching is unique . In our college boy and girl ratio is approximately 5 to 1.
I also liked the ground and sports facilities of our college . Our college has 3 big grounds and a sac also a gym which has latest equipments and many more things.
The fests of our college is amazing , recently a fest called kashiyatra happened which is biggest fest of our college

Dislikes

I disliked the infrastructure of our college . Our college do not have ac in lecture halls or even there is no single ac for students in campus .
In our college the equipments in manufacturing practice are very old they are rusted and facilities don't even want to tell about those equipments. They are lazy .
Our college IIT bhu don't have their boundaries it is connected to bhu that's why clashes happened every month . Students of IIT and bhu fight every month and the service of proctor in IIT bhu is very disrespectful,they are lazy and don't take actio

Placement Experience:

Our college IIT bhu provides placement at end of year companies came for hiring students and hire them . Our IIT has 2nd rank in terms of placement in all iits. At the end of 3rd year students became eligible for campus placements. Our college also provide internship in third year companies came for internship in our college. My plans after getting degree is to get a high paying job in india and give financial stability to my family. Approximately 70 percent students get job in placement sessions.

After completing the course they are provided with an internship of 12000 per month There are no placement provided by the college You have to give pg exam to get a placement In mbbs there is no such placement that a college can provide

the last year placement is 12 lakh per anuum in 2023 my senior who was completed plastic engineering from cipet ipt lucknow he got 12 lakh package in maruti suzuki company and other senior are also got good placement like 9 lakh or 7 lakh per anuum

I would like to inform uh that electronic and communication is a very good trade to choose. So many carreer opportunities if you will go in in industrial area, or in government sector. Make some connections with ur seniors others it is tough to enter in industry for freshers.

All About the HBTU throught the lens of a first year student.

The other colleges which i applied to were IET Lucknow , IIIT Una , IIIT Dharwad and other lower IIITs . I choose over those since this colleges reputation and placements spoke for itself they had a very good track record regarding this course and many famous companies have been coming here repeatedly. The admission in this college is through HBTU e-counselling site which is a standalone website managed by HBTU itself . It has a registration fees of 2500 rupees is non refundable . There you fill your choice of courses . The branch is alloted according to your JEE MAINS rank and your preference list . After the seat allotment letter you have to visit college and there you will have to submit your documents then you will be given a provisional admission letter and you are given a choice to upgrade your branch to the courses you have selected in your preference list. The admission in this college for UG is given through only JEE MAINS for engineering and all other branches leaving Biotechonlogy and Biochemical where you can get admission through CUET....Read More
