Remarks

The campus at PCE is really great. The college has a great team of faculties, which are also oriented towards research in their respective domains. The college festival - Alegria is one of India's Biggest College Festivals. I have worked as the Graphics head in Alegria and it was a really mesmerising experience.

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum is balanced with importance given to topics right from basics to advanced. For all the new age topics, respective workshops are conducted by the Student Bodies and the speakers come from industry, therefore giving insider insights.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Sporcial, Graphic Designer, 5000, Direct Interview.

Placement Experience

Many companies do visit the college for campus placements - TCS, LTI, Jio, Capgemini are some of the major recruiting companies. Alumni network is also great. There are some alumni who are placed in various organizations worldwide. Some have their own start-ups.

College Events

The college organizes various technical and cultural events in the form of Cultural Days, Fresher's Day, Farewell and many more. Technical events like coding contests and workshops are regularly undertaken by both faculties and student organizations. Alegria is an amalgamation of all the fests and also hosts many celebrities for their concerts and also for judging.

Campus Life

Sport facilities are good, the college supports students who are into sports. There are many students who are excelling both in academics and sports at the same time. The college has facilities for sports students and also help them take part in various competitions and win accolades.

My Honest GHRCE Experience

Placement Experience:

placements in GHRCE are pretty good for CS/IT branches. Students become eligible from 7th semester, but companies starts giving training sessions from 6th sem itself. Many known companies visits like Tcs, Wipro, Capgemini, cognizant, Infosis etc The highest package goes around 20-22 LPA while the average package is around 5-6 LPA. Almost 70-80% students from CS/IT get placed. My plans after getting the degree is to get a stable job and then do masters.

A Detailed review of the newly built government college of engineering of Ratnagiri

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course out of sheer curiosity and intrest in the field of Artificial Intelligence . The course offered by the college encapsulates all the major subtopics included in the field. Theoretically the curriculum offers great knowledge about various topics from your course however you yourself have to figure out how do you build your practical skills which you can use in the real world. teaching methods can be improvised by implementing a more practical learning based approach rather than relying on the theoretical part of the subject. there are 2exams per semester, one small exam called as mid semester exams and the other one is the major exam called as final semester exam. difficulty of exam is usually easy to moderate and one can easily pass the exam even if he/she does not study regularly.

Nice campus but bs college life

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements in 7th semester. You just have to be all clear in exams and you can appear for placement. Companies visited are Infosys TCS tech Mahindra the highest packages 1.2 crore and the average packages 3 lakhs and total 60% students got placed

The placement here is little disappointing because they doesnt give you a 5 star hotesl at the very beginning although it necessary to begin with the big brand hotels that will help to get you job easily

After 5th semester students are eligible for campus placements many companies visit my college like ongc shell Schlumberger etc college has committed 100% placement for btech petroleum branch but i have heard this year it was around 70% after getting the degree i want to complete my masters and then apply for job the highest package for petroleum engineering is around 25lakhs and average is around 10 lakhs

In terms of curriculum I said it's overrated you study physics chemistry in 1st year.Not only in Mumbai University but in whole engineering college all over India.I only choose coding not engineering.Bit I want degree so that I choose engineering.

SGGS COLLEGE REVIEW

Placement Experience:

From six semester students are eligible for placements. They are selected by taking there interviews many of them selected directly for company some of them selected for internships program. The visited are Tcs they make many of placement. Avg packages is approx. 4 lac per annum based on profiles they offer. Many of branch get more placement and some get less but average placement is out of 60 students in class 20 to 25 get place on campus. And i am going to do GATE preparation.
