Remarks

This college had recently turned into an autonomous institution. That was one of the main reasons I decided to join Sri Shakthi.I won't lie, that campus isnt really big,but it is sufficient and impressive.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course syllabus was good,we were taken to a few trips regarding industries. There could have been more trips of that kind though. There are many faculties in CSE who are really good. They know their stuff.English faculties are amazing too.

Placement Experience

4.5

I have heard they are really good, big name companies like IBM come for placements and there are some Japanese companies that give great offers.

College Events

4.5

There are various events like Sports day,Annual day and the usual festivals like Onam is celebrated grandly. There are a few huge events that takes place in our college too.Velan Thiruvizha is celebrated for 2-3 days in a big way,all of the people of Coimbatore are welcome to visit this festival.Kalam is our cultural event, this takes place for 2 days, many colleges participate in this event and well known celebs visit our college as the chief guest.

Campus Life

We have a pretty big ground for sports,we have a basketball court,we have got a decent library and labs are very well equipped and maintained. The canteen has some great food.Participation is sports is actually encouraged here, unlike many colleges.

In our University from the starting of Seventh semester we are eligible for campus placements. Campanies like Jubilant food works, Zifo Technologies, Amura Heath Pvt.Ltd, Biocon etc. were some of the companies that visited our campus. Around fifty students got offers from these companies. About 70 percentage of the students got placements successfully. I am planning to pursue a master degree abroad

Placement Experience:

From the very entry into your third year, you will be eligible to most of the placements. The training provided is very exquisite and some of the trainings start as early as 1st year. 2026 highest package was 55LPA. Many companies like from product companies like Microsoft, Capgemini to service based companies like TCS, INFOSYS etc.. visit our campus for regular placements. About 98% of people placed as far as I have heard.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is fairly relevant and comprehensive, covering both theoretical concepts and practical applications. It provides a good foundation for technical knowledge, but including more industry-oriented projects, hands-on training, and updated technologies would make it even better for future career opportunities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Studying Master of commerce is okay. The same thing and few same subjects which I studied in undergraduate. Classes are good and we are also having some gaps. Not a big difference and 1 or 2 subjects are new for us. I want to suggest that to give holiday after the semester exams. But not before that. It is quite difficult for us to study. It will be easy for us to ask doubts.
