The good thing about KIIT is that the college provides us with the most beautiful and hygienic campus and the unluckily the worst thing is the campus get heavily affected by cyclone after July every year. The admission process is very authentic, once one score up to the required kiitee rank, they get their chosen branches according to the ranks and a special quota of counseling happened during our time where female students were given a bit more priority than male on choosing branches and by July of every year, new year students classes get started. I choose KIIT over another university because of its campus and placements reputation of placing more than 90% students every year and obviously the hygiene provided by the hostel and the beautiful campus can win anyone's heart and for more information regarding KIIT University.

I choose Mechatronics which comes under the School of Mechanical Engineering because mechatronics is all about gathering knowledge about all branches of engineering within one branch and it's all about my passion for robotics. In the school of mechanical, we have almost 60-70 faculties and over 2000 students from 1st yr to 4th year. Faculties are no doubt the best-qualified teacher, allocated to our branch and the whole mechanical school, they are very student-friendly and we are just overwhelmed by the way they teach us and help us with the knowledge and understanding of every detail of a lesson. We participate in one mid sem and one main sem throughout each semester with projects, labs, activities included, and passing in KIIT exams is up to the student's capability of writing to the points matter in the paper on which the questions are asked, otherwise it is not so difficult to pass.

Many companies are there that have the internship facility provided to the students before making them well prepared for the respective job and I did an off-campus internship in OTPC regarding the working of the dual turbine system.

From 6th sem, students are allowed for placements, More than 2500+ companies come every year including famous companies like Dell, Amazon, Intel, Accenture etc. Highest ever package was of 46 lakhs and the average package provides is around 5 lakhs. Almost 90% of students get place every year. During the degree, if I get a job, I will go with it and if not, then will prepare for CAT for cracking IIM.

Honestly saying, the fee does have a minor hike every year for newly joined students and within the fee, we pay, as well as students are provided hygiene, healthy environment for the rest of 4 years of college life and also the best environment for the academy are also provided, I didn't apply for any stipend actually but campusing is going good and hope to bag up for a good job within this peak campusing hours.

Annually one great festival occurs which is none other than famous kiit fest every year where so many technical events take place and give the students the stage for showing off their extracurricular and skillful activities and a great concert happens during the last night of the fest where great singers of India excite the students and outsiders with their soulful songs and mo The central library with the libraries of every branch provide us with the best environment to concentrate on our studies and any kind of book is available and one more 7 story library is being constructed providing a bookish environment for every studious soul. Classrooms are provided with central AC, projector, one whiteboard, one set of computer, table, and benches which every student will expect paying such an amount every semester. Various national, district tournaments take place on the campus. Students are allowed to join various societies for coping up with their extracurricular activities.

Rooms and washrooms are very hygienic, well maintained. Meals are not so bad, not so good also, registration is done within the registration for each semester.
