Remarks

I chose this course because my neighbor's son, who passed out from Pillai College of engineering earlier suggested me to choose this college for this course because there are good faculty members and it has too good campus placements regarding this course.

Placement Experience

Many of the big companies came last year. This year it is expected that much more companies will arrive with much more better package since our college is graded at A+ by NAAC this year.There is training and placement office which takes care of every students career and i think it best thing according to placement point of view as they train students from 3'year itself for placement activities.

College Events

I think this college campus life is the best, ans the events that college organizes is one of the best fest we have in Mumbai and as compared to other colleges,and there many other activities done including the technical many cultural. The fest of Alegria is the one of most amazing thing,letting the students enjoy many of artists perform. The teachers and support staff are kind and quite friendly in nature. The campus has greenery all around it, making it more pleasant and natural.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements begin in the 7th semester . COmpanies like TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant and Wipro visit regularly. Around 50 percent get placed , not all by college but by themselves.

After 1st year student can openly apply for internship, theon campus internship is avaliable after 4th Sem. The highest amount goes to Quant Finance and more than 75% gets placed for in-campus. The highest pakacemet was INR 3cr for the Quant profile.

Placements depend on the companies willing to organise an interview with the students. 75% of the students landed a job for 50000 after internship. Only one company visited us this year. On an average the package would be starting from 35000. My plans after getting my degree are to get a job and upskill myself soon after.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements start from the 7th semester. Companies like ABC Corp, XYZ Ltd visited, offering various roles. Highest package was 10 LPA, avg was 5 LPA. Around 80% students get placed. If no campus placement, focus on internships, networking, and job search post-graduation. After the degree, I plan to pursue a career in the field, aiming for roles in design or manufacturing.

from the 2nd semester itself, the students are eligible for campus placements. companies like Capgemini, wurth-it, Godrej,Infosys, TCS, and Sankey visit very often and make a good no. of offers. the average package is around 4-5Lpa for freshers. about 80-90% of students get placed. I plan to work and learn after getting the degree.

My Review on ICEM, Parandwadi, Pune.

Remarks:

I applied to this college only because it's cut off score for MHT-CET exam was near about my own score in the same exam, I was not eligible for any good colleges in Pune or Pimpri-Chinchwad limits. Frankly, there are no strong and good points to suggest this college to anyone. College is situated in Parandwadi village, from Pimpri the distance is 21 kms one side, the transport facility provided by the college is worst, the placement cell has given up on jobs related to Mechanical field, the college stresses more on submissions rather than actual Teaching-Learning process, many of the practical setups are under maintenance. Lastly, if you have to do Engineering anyhow, that too near Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad cities, then ICEM should be your last option.
