Entrance Preview

EAMCET. One of the best colleges at that time which offered a rare course Bio-Technology.

Internships Opportunities

There was no internship for this particular course.

Placement Experience

4.5

Good but not related to subject. Many more companies have hired for IT related but none towards research.

College Events

3.5

Off course PULSE which is known to everyone which has lot many food, entertainment stalls followed by popular DJ's. And the annual day on January 26th every year which seems to be a college fest.

Fees and Financial Aid

No scholarship.

Campus Life

4.5

Off course the campus is big but restricted to roam apart from lunch timings. The Gender ratio is almost equal. Our college is less of debates and more of sports. This college has a very good and spacious playground.

A life of an Average Indian Student in University

Likes

I really like the faculty in the college. Most of the faculty are so supportive. They would be available to help us during any time of the day.
I really like the mentor system that this college follows. We are provided with mentors and they supervise our academic performance
This college do provide with many clubs like cooking club, photography club and many more. The management also encourages us a lot to paticipate in events

Dislikes

I really get mad with the attendance system here. I have to attend 7 to 8 classes to increase 1% where as if i miss 1 class i will lose 1%
The campus is located outside the city outskirts so its really hard to get things.
This university only conducts one mid for semester and that leads to reduce in marks

Placement Experience:

My course is a 3 years course and the students could try for a placement from the start of 3rd year. They would have enough knowledge about the outside world by that time and they could start to apply for jobs and companies that they desire to work for. In our stream there are many companies that have visited us like gala foods, Nestle, Calavita, National Biodiversity Authority, Dodla Diary etc. I do not have an excat idea about the packages but that would range across 8LPA to 14LPA. Almost every student around 95 % get placed into the companies and few also opt for government sector for Quality Control Management, FSSAI and etc. My plans after completing B.Sc in Food Sciences Technology would be pursuing Masters degree

The Super Review

The other colleges that I applied are kmit ,cvr ,vnr, jntu ,vasavi .I didn't choose that college as this college is offering me a better course than that colleges. I don't get a rejection from other colleges but I joined this college over that college as it is in top 5 colleges .The addmission proces for my college is very simple .Write the TGEAPCET and get a good rank below 5k and you have a chance to get the desired course In our college. You can also apply for our college by management quota but it is quite expensive,so better u get a good rank and then join this college....Read More
