Remarks

Infrastructure is amazing and it provides great opportunities for students through club events. So that we could develop our leadership qualities.Kumaraguru is the best place for sports students also. The aura there is very good. So these qualities made me proud that I am from KCT.

Course Curriculum Overview

It is pretty good and the syllabus was in the regular standard. We can choose elective courses also.We also had some exposure to industries.Mohana sundaram sir was very good at teaching and he is an awesome teacher who could make us listen to him and that was an awesome experience learning with him.

Class Size: 190Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Placement Experience

Forge accelerator provides students with their work space and make us develop a product. If the product is approved they provide us funds for a start-up.Many of our alumini are working at good companies. We have female entrepreneurs also.Sometimes the companies of our alumini recurite us. Placement process is handled by our Placement cell. It is a student friendly cell so that we could go there any time and clear our doubts. Most of the core companies and IT product and service companies visit us every year.

College Events

Kumaraguru is famous for Yugam,an technical event that happens in the month of February. 1000+ students participate in the event and they are recognized for their performance. It is a huge event and every student are given with some work so that we could develop our skill regarding management.

Fees and Financial Aid

Every year they select the top 10 students from each class and they are provided with Mahatma Gandhi scholarship of RS.10000. There will be a positive competition among the students to win this award.

Campus Life

We have a very big ground of about some acres.Infrastructure is very good and it is known for its white building.we are provided with meditation centre in the main building and we could go there any time and we are allowed to do mediation.I love being in library of our college. Library is named after Mahatma Gandhi. Labs are also good to work with.

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

all staffs are we experienced in their field and good in explaining, very friendly
hostel is well maintained and college is always clean
everything works in college based upon the review system. so any issues will resolve quickly

Placement Experience:

HIMT has good placements rates to all the batches, espically for GME they are doing well good. many gets placements in first semester itself. many big gaint companies in marine industry are approching to HIMT for placements.

My bad campus life

Likes

The environment is very good.its very natural atmosphere.
Teaching and facilitys are nice.we can learn very much.
The all facility is near by near .its a good thing.

Dislikes

The management is very bad.they not consider our students.
The fees structure is very different for all students.its too bad.and they decided the fees category is very cheep.
The hostel facility is not good.and also food its very bad.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually i like computer jobs. So i selected the course. Its very different one. Mainly programming. But its very interesting and valuable.cse computer science is a very high value course and i have lot of opportunities after completing the course. I.think in this types of course in curriculum they want to include practical sections more than text books.

I got admission in this college via counselling. I had PCB in 10+2 and gave NEET which a national entrance test exam to get admission into medical courses. The scores obtained in entrance exam matters a lot in deciding the merit.

I chose this college because the first reason is it was near to my home. The travel distance was less. And the placements offered by this college was awesome.
