Remarks

College is quite decent and faculty is also good. But the only thing my college lacks is the location. Location of my college is not soo good, truly it is even more worse than one could imagine. But the great part is near about half year metro station would be inaugurated in front of college which will eliminate that route from metro station to college.

Entrance Preview

I have given the JAT -Joint Admission Test of DU in which I got 2114 rank. Thereby I was left with only 1 option BBE from BRAC, so I opted for it.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is very good in terms of research. It gives full analysis of Economics. It gives brief face to face interaction with Economics. It involves various projects and research work related to finance. It helps one to have a great look of economics related to business.

Internships Opportunities

No, right now my college is not providing any internship.But yeah, we are improving our placement cell that would might help us in future for getting internships in some big MNC.

Placement Experience

Right now, the placement cell of out college is not that fascinating. But we along with our senior's have taken some measures to improve our placement cell. We are trying to activate our alumni club so that it would might help us in future building up contacts so that at placement time more and more companies would explore our college.

College Events

There are many events held in my college. There is our society Innovate which looks up to the fest and events. Fest held around in the month of January and February. But events are regularly held through the year related to technical, cultural, and management festivals.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Being a prat of DU my college fee's structure is quite feasible. Thought course of my fees is quite high as compared to all other courses. All other courses have a Fee's structure near about 7k-12k but my course being a professional course has almost double feest structure i.e 23k.

Fees and Financial Aid

Right now I have no knowledge about any scholarships being provided by my college. But there is several scholarships you can prevail from DU under which my college comes.

Campus Life

When it comes to gender ration there is always female lack behind.But since my college comes under Delhi University,so there are many advantages for girl students. They are provided many exemptions in cutoff. So, you can find almost equal girls and boys in the college. There are many facilities in my college when sport comes but it is only provided for the students who come under sports quota or playing any sport at national level.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities is not provided in my college but the college mess is totally upto the mark. College canteen has reasonable price with good quantity and over whelming taste. It is quite hygienic too which was not expected by me at all. But my college canteen totally matches my standard.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

I am from science background so when it comes to BBE (Bachelor's in Business economics) it is quite a nightmare for me. Going from science to commerce, studying accounts and economics is quite challenging. But then my seniors guided me thoroughly about the course, faculty and many more such things which will be very useful for me in future. So the only thing i would say is my seniors are a big asset to my college life.

Exam Structure

Right now being a fresher i could not comment on exams because i dont have any face to face interaction with my college exams. But yeah labs of our college are very good. They all are fully air conditioned. All lab assistant are very good. They help a lot in tackling the problem.

Faculty

Faculty of our college is very good. They all are highly qualified and are very knowledgeable in their respective subjects.They all are doctorates in their respective subjects. Faculty is very good in terms of personal interaction. Not only the professor's but senior's are also a great asset. They guide thoroughly about the college, teachers and course in detail which being a fresher helped me a lot.

College provided good exposure to the real life world.
It provided numerous society opportunities where we could learn more about different things except bookish knowledge.
Inter college exposure was provided which helped in numerous networking opportunities.

Dislikes

The infrastructure was very poor and old.
No support by the college for leaves for internship opportunities.
Poor teacher student bonding in the college.

The course curriculum is somewhere releveant to the course. It gives overall information regarding the different aspects of the course. Exams happen twice a year on semester basis and are easy to moderate level in terms of difficulty.

The opportunites in the campus .

Likes

I liked my College faculty especially my course faculty that is they are so helpful both in academics and your life decisions and they provide a personal mentoring for your every question about the career and future goals .
Our college environment is also good as our college infrastructure is not that big but the overall zones like lawn area , canteen , playground , library , washrooms are always clean , and the departmental area they are the good ones .
I like my college societies so much , as a part of music society in my college it is so helpful for me to end my full day stress by spending time in the society , our college Annual fests are also the best one among most of the reputed colleges .

Dislikes

I dont like the infrastructure of our college that much because it is not perfect as per my observations , there are many things to be enhanced ,
Placements of our college is not enough as per our expectations .
Student leaders or activist who becomes aa voice of the students are not honest and helpful.

Placement Experience:

Placements from my college is not as i expected but they provide good internships opportunity according to your skills and The average placement package of my college is 6 lakh and highest one is 12 lakh , my plan is to persue MBA after completing my graduation .

Great Internships

Likes

I would say I liked the classes like they have a lot of space
The college is fully AIR - CONDITIONED which is very nice
Has 3 canteen that has good food and place to sit while eating

Dislikes

Does not have a proper ground for playing

All the things which are in my curriculum are relevent and comprehensive as the college give us the topics that are going to come in our exams which really helps kepping the load down from the students as they might not study if the syllabus is more and more

Campus life is so good, they plan trip every year
I loved the teaching method, the seminars that were conducted were very helpful
Pranav sir, nishant sir, ashish sir they are very supportive and nice. D

Dislikes

There is no ground but they do take you to cricket grounds and tounament is conducted every semester so you can join the cricket team and they will take you there, even for badminton and other sports too

Placement Experience:

Placement are very good. Even like after four semester, you get the opportunity to do internship and almost tap this get placed and according to the calibre, 10,000 50,000 15,000 if I talk about myself, I got an internship at Hero wide of 20,000 so and after that, also, I got the placement in the same company when they came for the place along with three swim. We also placed in the same and next year when I sit in the next place, they help me in getting a job Italian's partner or what else can be better than this that they treat their student as a family. Even after when you're passing out, you don't feel like You are left out or you can't go again, so this is a thing which is really great about our college.

college provide good placements. Recently companies like deloite, paytm, zepto, agile, insplore and many more companies visited in campus. only 3rd year students are eligible for campus placement. Average package company offered is 500000. as for internships only 5th semester in 2nd year are eligible for applying in internships.

Societies are active, there is a lot of scope for extra curricular activities in college
The faculty is helpful in terms of academics.
Fellow students are engaging and willing to guide you.

Dislikes

Administration doesn’t follow through with plans
Classrooms and canteen have obsolete seating.
Placements could be better although they’re alright.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from the 5th semester onwards. Many companies came and the highest placement was 23 LPA last time. Some courses get less placement than others but overall the opportunities are alright.

I got this college in my spot round so obviously no choice to upgrade. But this college is good but yeah some facilities are irregular and didn't take there responsibility seriously. I also get the admission in BHU but that was not good for my stream (commerce) so i choose delhi university as here commerce environment is more good then any other universities. We gave CUET UG exam which was conducted first time during my batch in 2022 . We have no idea how was the paper will but we gave and clear the exam and got the admission in delhi university. The Story of DU Student by Halim Sheikh

Basically my name in this college in special spot round 2 which was very late my admission on September month of 2023 which was very late according to me because the admission was open in August for some reasons my name did not come in any college I think it's also my mistake because I did not fill subject correctly that is why I did not to choose on good college. I love this college it's good and very friendly nature atmosphere. Yeah I got projection from other college which I applied that is why I did not went to my dream college and I came to this college on this is my luck. The thing wrong went when I fill the subject very wrongly and later on my friend correct that is why my name come in Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar College if he did not improve my criteria so I did not get any type of college which I got. The admission process of my colleage is very simple you got admission from CUET based comparative exam. After filling CUET they need some documents like 10 pass marksheet,12th pass marksheet,Aadhar card and payment of fee college for admission. After submitting these documents you need patience for come your name in any DU college when you get any DU college you need to go that college and see their root because sometime you did not know the route. Most student fill for North campus and South campus but some cannot get because of marks and etc things. In 2023 the cutoff of DU was very high which I did not expected. You my friends name did not come in college because of marks and lots of student they did not get any college and there one year get waste. The competition of cutoff was very unexpected according to me because in starting I was thinking everybody get their dream college but to in reality some not get their dream college and they did not want that college.
