Remarks

Name if college, I thought that this is a good college as it got naac a 0lus certificate and also good ranking in uga but i m completely wrong this is just a waste of time and waste of money to join this college

Course Curriculum Overview

Food technology course in graphic era is complete waste of time initially I thought that by joining this instute i will get good course but i m completely wrong faculties for this course is not very good and you will face difficult in lab work that is lab experiment and they dont have enoung of lab space through which each and every student can understand even though they take high lab fee and high tution fee as compared to other colleges but there faculties is not so good enough to clear your small doughts and in the name of curriculum they will take money and for curriculum fee its mendatery for all to pay fee even thoug u take part in curriculum or not and there curriculum is just waste of time and you will not understand what is the need of this curriculum and how its related to your course and for academic purposes you will not even get any notes and facal will assure u that u will get notes later on but till end u will get any notes

Not good and if you think that graphic era will provide you good placement then it is just like a day dream and for proof this year only 4 students from food technology got opportunity to study in good instute for msc and that also they have qualified from gate exam so out of 30 student batch only 4 student got chance to study at good instute and remaining doesn't got any placement so of you think that graphic era will provide you placement then think again before joining

College Events

They have good curriculum activity and they call various celebrity but cost of this is very high you have to pay very high fees in you semester fees for this and according to me only thing which is good in this college is that they organise good event but when in one semester there is 20 to 25 events then you will feel it like its not a college but an organiser which every month organise new event

Campus Life

Yes i beleve that they have good infrastructure but for that they take high fee which you fell like its not worth it because in you have to pay high amount of money for sports fees ans library fees and you wont be allowed to issue and sports equipment and not allowed to issue more then to books at a time and for food tech. Course library doesn't have any book and if they have it is also in very small quantities like they have only 4 or5 books of food chemistry and thats the case of other subjects also

Hostel Facilities

Infrastructure is good but ther food is very bad abd quality of food is very bad you will notable to eat that food but you have to eat that food because you have paid 50000 for that bad quality of food

The cafeteria is now wide and also breathable as they worked on infra
There faculties are knowledgable and also cooperative
The functions here make students involve to showcase their hobbies on stage

The washroom area should be more good and hygiene

My honest review of MBPG College

Likes

Being a government college the fees are very low and student friendly most teachers are knowledgeable supportive and clear in explanation focus on studies exam and all over all discipline
Open ground greenery and enough space to relax between classes decent collection of academic books and difference material
Easy to reach from different part of Haldwani lesson unnecessary pressure more focus on its education

Dislikes

Infrastructure is old type som building needs to get repair
Campus placement opportunity are very few from classroom slabs and building need renovation
Not many model amenties compared to private colleges office works can be slow

The curriculum follows kumaun University guidelines ensure standardization and recognition core subjects are well structured and concept curriculum should a include more practical exposure projects work and field work examination are conducted semester wise and generally twice year internal assessments include test assignments and practicals during the semester

Social life is good with feat happening around in college.
Wifi is provided in our building and the hostel.
Infrastructure of our new hostel and our labs is good

Dislikes

Teachers are qualified but the quality education is not good
Too much restriction on girls but boys are free to roam at night.
Mess food is just acceptable not that good.

Placement Experience:

For campus placement students need to be atleast in last or second last semester of the course. But for internship it's fine even if student is in 1st or 2nd yr. But most of teh students here decided to pursue master from here only and I still don't know have exact idea hown many students got placed in th companies.

I like the college curriculum and study materials and teaching style of the teachers . Some teachers are impressive and their teaching style is too good .
Campus life is not much engaging but we usually spent our time in studying only . Also for attendance there is not much more criteria but some teachers are very strict in taking the attendance.
Faculties are full of experience and knowledge. They are approachable online and offline too but after the class.

Dislikes

I don't like the placement system in my college because the students studying in 2nd year do not get any exposure of placement . There is placement cell in our college but not very active .
Infrastructure is good but it should be spread in a more big acres . My wish was to get into IIT Kharagpur that's why I am asking for big campus .
Overall curriculum and research based approach of the campus is good. They just give projects to the seniors and seniors work is to dictate us about the project and helps us in building different types of project.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The main aspects that motivates me to choose this college is the GFTI'S colleges . Because my father suggest me that govt. Colleges seeks more companies that's why I choose this college . But truth is totally opposite from the reality. Real world application based projects is just given by the teachers in every semester but we students copy it and give it to them from the gpt. College timing should be more less we have to study from 10 am to 5 p.m. Timings of exams are of 3 hrs only in semester . Difficulty level is moderate.

The faculties were friendly and approachable.
There was multiple sports ground, a cafeteria and libraries as well adding to the student requirements.
The overall college life was vibrant as multiple other extracurricular activities was organized from time to time.

Dislikes

The food menu was repetitive and be a lot more better.
Labs could use a bit more maintenance. Although, well equipped a few things was missing from it.
More practical is needed especially for a subject like agriculture.

Placement Experience:

The placement is decent and growing evey year. The students are eligible for campus placements from 3rs year itself. The highest placemet going up to 85LPA and the average placement package being about 6-7 LPA.

The faculty here is very helpful and they teach only realvent things about your course and they also provide you day to day notes and assingmemts for your daily prep

Dislikes

There is no such things that i did not like in this collage but if i have to say something i will go with the canteen service is very bad and not very friendly

Course Curriculum Overview:

On expericing day to day people and theirs pain in the muscle and joints . This made me decide why i should choose this course . The area which they need for improvement is if they give more attetion to some sports that will be very greatful for the students so that they can have some fun other study and stress. The timing of the collage is 9 to 5 and if you have any exam or practicals only then they call you on specific time and regular classes are off on that day duration of the exam is 1.5 hours

Placement Experience:

From 3 or 4 semester the students will become eligible for campus placement. Lots of companies and hospital employees come here for placement job . And take our interviews . They heir us give the job with good salaries .. above 60% marks students get placement with handsome salary. With a satisfying way . There is a lots of plan of mine to take a job in good hospital with good service and salaries with good staff with good coordination. To help patients to operate them and save their life as possible as I can do.
