Remarks
Shaheed Sukhdev College provides a unique blend of course and hands on experience. The reasons I chose this college was because of it being the best in providing BMS and because of the vast array of opportunities it provides beyond studies.
Course Curriculum Overview
I believe we have been provided a comprehensive syllabus in terms of both the subjects as well as the topics taught. We have been given exposure through internships and also through the events and competitions in societies that our college encourages.
Placement Experience
We have had companies like Bain, BCG, EY, D.E. Shaw which have been recruiting from our college every year. The packages offered range between 6-18 lakh per annum. We have a strong alum network and the placement cell is very efficient in it's work.
College Events
Our college supports 30+ societies, both academic and cultural, so we have been given ample opportunities to learn and grow. We have more than 15 academic events every year which see participants from all across India. And similar reach is experienced by the cultural events
Campus Life
The library, wi-fi, labs, everything is really hi-tech and all you can ask for. Since we do not have any technical courses, the equipment in labs aren't the right criteria. But we have all the necessary resources one can think of pertaining to the courses offered.
