Remarks

Nice ambience, good laboratories, recognized university by NAAC accreditation, efficient coaching, hostel facilities nearby and mostly where you can really shape your future career in a better way.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course syllabus is well structed and updated,They will give industry exposure for a time of 6 months as internship and 1 month for implant training. The professor Dr.velu phd is handling mechanical department he is well experienced in all areas.

Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Many companies will be coming for placements and you can utilize that opportunity and get good placements with the help of the placement team and faculties

Many clubs available from Toastmasters to Campus Life, Our club Toastmasters is one of the peak highlights of our college. We regularly go to corporates to attend meetings of their clubs and network a lot.
Love the Research setup of our college. Has more than 15 COEs present. ABB research centre is the best among them
The bring in a lot of industry professionals every.One or the other event always keeps happening.

Dislikes

Campus is not very huge since it's in the centre of the city but the outside shops make up for this

Placement Experience:

From the very entry into your third year, you will be eligible to most of the placements. The training provided is very exquisite and some of the trainings start as early as 1st year. 2026 highest package was 55LPA. Many companies like from product companies like Microsoft, Capgemini to service based companies like TCS, INFOSYS etc.. visit our campus for regular placements. About 98% of people placed as far as I have heard.

It is the Good college and got opportunities in the sports and other activities.

Likes

It is better than my old college and giving free food and place to sit in the college campus.
In sports they are also helping for dearness allowance for playing matches and travelling.
They are also giving us the space to study and ask doubts without any hesitation

Dislikes

Canteen is not good and it is very congested
Some of teachers are not coming to the classes properly and they are also not teaching properly
Home guard is the problem in college. They are always making issues while parking the vehicles

Course Curriculum Overview:

Studying Master of commerce is okay. The same thing and few same subjects which I studied in undergraduate. Classes are good and we are also having some gaps. Not a big difference and 1 or 2 subjects are new for us. I want to suggest that to give holiday after the semester exams. But not before that. It is quite difficult for us to study. It will be easy for us to ask doubts.

Before admitting in Vel Tech, I've applied in Quaid E Millath, Queen Mary's College, Nandanam Arts college, Presidency college.I chose Veltech over these because It helps me financially and academically.Even though i had less marks Veltech admitted me.
