Remarks

The infrastructure of the college is great. Facilities for the students are awesome with the great atmosphere and sources to study. Campus of the college is the centre of attraction. college is well built with upgraded technologies. And proper industry exposure is given to students for their personality development.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is well and updated as per the guidelines of university. Faculties of the college are great as teach students with great enthusiasm. They motivate students to grow in the new environment and industrialization. Proper industry exposure is given to students. They are taught industrialization sincerely.

Placement Experience

Placements of the college for MBA is good, almost 60% students gets placed in reputed companies. Companies like Infosys, Flipkart, idea, cipla, Titan, ICICI Bank, vedanta, Sony, Vodafone, Philips, Mahindra, HDFC, ITC, Polaris visit the college every year and take good number of students with them. Placement process is quite easy. It's starts with a project and ends up with interview. Also the placement cell is very supportive. alumni network of the college is awesome and remarkable, referrals are made for various students.

Campus life is good. Many cultural events and activities are organized for students to develop. Sometimes it's between many colleges and sometimes within the college campus. Students participate in great number and are certified as well as awarded. REVERB is the most awaited event of the college and also SARV DHARMA SAMBHAV.

Campus Life

Campus Infrastructure is awesome. It's very neat and clean. Everything is available inside the campus in proper place. big sports grounds are there for sports events. 24??7 availability of Wi-fi for the students inside the college campus. Library is very big and well furnished with great number of books. Labs of the collegs are excellent with each equipments working well.

As we are in the 1st year of our college, I won't be able to answer this accurately. But, as far as what I've heard from the alumni and seniors, the average placement stats of this college is around 15LPA. The highest package may scale up to 30LPA.

in terms of engagement its pretty good. you have a diverse set of peers group to learn from.
we so many different clubs and committees to be a part off and to learn from.
the level of ecpertise in terms of faculty is really amazing, we have faculties coming from milan to teach us.

missing on college campus because of space .

after 3rd sem companies starts visiting the college , highest package for this year is 28 lps as of now , avg is 13 lpa, my plans are getting into a good fmcg company. percentage ad of now is 70 % , there is quite a few of no of companies visiting

Exam pattern is quite easy to pass as there is relative grading.
There are multiple events and clubs to participate
From SY only class is about 2-4 hrs everyday and Saturday-Sunday holidays

Dislikes

Metallurgy department Class room's are very small and old
Hostel food sucks tbh, only on sundays we get an option to eat non veg.

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester students are eligible for pre-placement and after 7-8 semester most of them get place.About 228 companies visited in our college and 530 students were placed.The highest offer made was 87 lacs and averages placement was 12lacs.For metallurgy it was 20lacs and average was 8.5 lacs.About 76.26% students were placed this year. I will look for good package if i don't get then i will start preparing for gate/gre exam for my master.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements from starting of the second year. The placements commence then and continue till everyone is placed. Being a young college, the placements are improving on a yearly basis with new companies being onboarded. The average package stands around 12-13LPA.

Remarks:

I had honestly applied in only a selected number of colleges, as I was doing really well in my coaching and was always among the top 2. Since, I was expecting a lot from myself, it created performance pressure and I went blank during the actual CAT examination. So SDA bocconi was among the top 2 options that I had. It is less than a decade old and has still managed to provide good placements. The most fascinating part is the entire semester in Bocconi,Milan which is the 21st best college in the world and 7th in Europe. I also spoke to many aluminis and hardly got to hear anything that will stop me from taking admission in SDA bocconi. Plus, the advantage of the college being in a city like Mumbai has it's own advantages.

Remarks:

College management is highly supportive of student needs. The management listens to student issues and tries to solve it with proper thinking and strategy. The college and the composition, though is extremely dynamic and diverse, students live together peacefully in harmony, supporting and helping each other whenever needed. Though being it's initial stages of setup, the college faces certain issues with placements and internships, but slowly with every batchs learnings, these are also being cured. This ensures that students are always on their toes and ready to take on challenges.

My Experience at SSBF

I chose this college because it is a niche college for banking and finance specifically. It further has other specializations like Fintech, Finserv, Insurance, etc. I personally had a keep interest over banking and finance side so I chose SSBF. I found SSBF better than other colleges as there are very few colleges who provides degree specifically in banking and finance and I am also getting the brand value of Symbiosis, So it was te best choice I made. I also applied to other symbiosis colleges including SIBM, SIDTM and SIMS. What went wrong was my percentile in the entrance.
