Remarks
KIIT is good in terms of placement and co-curricular activities. They take good care of their residential students. KIIT gives big opportunities to each and every one. Campus life is also very good. No type of raging is there in this university. Kiit is a very disciplined student-friendly University. And it is the most beautiful greenery campus I have ever seen in my life. There is nothing bad aspect of KIIT. But some times the excessively hot weather of the city makes everyone feel dull but glad that the whole campus is air-conditioned. Now about the admission process, the admission forms are available on the official site. After the submission of the form, a mail will be received which would notify about the date of the entrance exam. Then, rank wise they will conduct counseling (where students can choose their own branch). Kiit is highly preferred because of placements. It is a deemed college.
Course Curriculum Overview
Electronics and instrumentation engineering is a very good field in engineering. Just after CSE/IT. Electronics is another good field in placements. The faculty is good. The way of teaching is also good. No vernacular language is used by the faculties. Faculties are highly qualified. There are two semesters. Per semester two exams are being conducted. And they also take class tests and quizzes after the end of a chapter.
Placement Experience
After the 7th semester, students sits for placements. Companies like Deloitte, Wipro, TCS, Capgemini, and many other companies visit Kiit. Min. Package 4lacs and 80% of students get a package above 10lacs.p.a. My plan after btech is to study MTech.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees are to be paid semester wise. Like in a year there are two semesters so, before the starting of the semester, the students have to pay their fees. The scholarship is also available on the basis of the rank scored by the student. Internships are also available after the 3rd yr.
Campus Life
Every year in the month of December, the KIIT fest is being conducted for three days. Many activities, shows, competitions take place during the fest. And every year KIit university invites any celebrity during the fest. Everyone enjoys the fest alot. Kiit's library is the most luxurious library I have ever seen before.
Hostel Facilities
There are different hostels. I have taken the premium hostel. Normal room with attached washrooms. All types of facilities are there a life washing machine, induction. The meal of the mess is also good. They keep everything hygienic. The registration process is done during admission.
