Good for learning and exposure but not very rigorous schedule.

I appeared for RPET 2007, scored 421 rank and got Chemical engineering which later got upgraded to CSE. NO interview , merit base shortlisted and selection process. It is one of the best engineering college in rajasthan, older than iit roorkee, High return on investment, located in the heart of city jodhpur

Course was good, lil old but faculty was supportive and knowledgable. New CSE department was built with new systems and course outline, covered all aspect over 4 years. Read robotics, CPP. java, engineering design, Stats, different computer engg related subjects.

Yes, I interned with DRDO and isro for 2 months each. Mine was no stipend work, but exposure to two gov organisation was immense students go to companies like LnT, ABG, Texas Instrument, GE, Vodafone, Airtel. Adobe, Infosys for internship.

Every one was placed. MBM is famous for PSU placement. 40 percent batch placed in PSU, i got offer from infosys my package was 3.2 lpa. avg package in 2011 was 3.5 lpa. Companies like ADOBE offered 7 lpa , coal india gave 6 lpa., Mahindra 5 lpa, Secure meter 5 lpa.

Eureka, flagship intercollege cultural event sports events, Robotics workshop, and many more held at large scale with footfall of over 10000 ppl, full madness during those days, heavy partcipation. WOrth and experience and exposure. Technical festival was one looked upon by everyone in whole rajasthan.

For girls, it was 20000 per year i.e. 80000 for full course, for boys it was 40000 per year i.e. 160000 for full four year course for reservation candidate it was 10000 per year i. e, 40000 per year. Hostel, books and accommodation seperate, average 8000 per year cost.

No loan facilitiees weere availbale. yes, many scolahrsip were dere, gold medailsit of ervery batch gets it. Aditya birla scholar. You have to be top ten of class to avail it, depending upon number of applicants.

Amazing lush green campus with mix of diverse ppl all over country, gender ratio 1: 9, female : male, football ground, hockey ground, basketball court, 24 7 canteen, 5000 seating capacity auditorium , debating club, technocrats club, dancing club, music room.

I have not stayed in hostel but heard from friends, it is average, seperate hostel for every year, economical, Hostel, books and accommodation seperate, average 8000 per year cost., food was average, tiffin service was also there, huge big lavish garden area and cooler facilites to beat heat of jodhpur.

Days are full of assignments and labs, 6 labs every week, 5 lectures a day and workshops. semester pattern is followed with 2 semester every year, back to back exam and practical and viva followed by them. covered full subject and require grwat hardwrok to clear.

Standard of faculty varies from average to good mostly engineering students (old) started working as temporary faculty and now become renowned experience permanent faculty. My fav was anil sir and krc sir. special guest lectures from faculty across india was also arranged.
