Remarks

First of all it has number 1 Ranking in Pharmacy in India and also PCI approved institution.Infrastructure is fine but the teachers are really good. Classes are held regularly and syllabus are completed on time. Application form is available from the month of April and counseling takes place on the basis of NEET score in the month of July.It is better than other colleges because it has best teachers and also best studies!

Course Curriculum Overview

4

I wanted to pursue technical degree rather than simple graduation. Faculty - students ratio is 1:50 (average). Teachers hold PhD mostly and even some teachers have got national awards for best teacher. Exams were always scheduled on time and intermediate level questions are asked as per the syllabus.

Placement Experience

4

Placements are in big companies like Dr. Reddy's, Roche and many more.More than 40 percent students are placed every year. I want to pursue MBA in Pharmacy after graduation.

College Events

4.5

One of the most important and biggest fest is "Jashneadab" in which film celebrities come in the month of November.Music and fun is at its peak. All academic books are available in library. There is sports complex inside the campus that includes gym, Cricket ground, Basketball court, Badminton court, Football ground. Sports week is organised in February every year. There are various students forum and Rotary club for extra curricular activities.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It has fee much higher than other pharmacy colleges.(1 lakh per semester). There are scholarships for good performing students (Topper). Various compaines come for placement like - Roche, Eli Lilly,Dr.Reddy's etc.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostel facilities are very good but little costly as compared to PG's available in surrounding area.Meal is really good and menu is made as per the balanced diet.

Admission

No, there was just a counselling and no any group discussion or any interview conducted by the University for admission in Bachelor's of Pharmacy. Only criteria is NEET marks along with class 12th percentage.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As a future law student philosophy was one of the options which was good to opt. Secondly, comparatively less people opt it and it can be one of the better choices if you are preparing for upsc and taking it as an optional. Teaching can be made more interactive as the topics are really interesting

The curriculum is fine. Here they prefer to rely on standard textbooks for better knowledge. And the postings here gives you very good practice and practical knowledge. Here we get to see a lot of complex and rarer cases in the ward.

Remarks:

Positive : the faculties are good and I could say our college is the meeting place of various cultures ranging from Kerala to jammukashmir Negative: the infrastructure is poor. Labs and libraries are not so good. And there are stray dogs who often steps into classes and make us afraid. College is not fully air conditioned but is on processing.
