Entrance Preview

Entrance from IIPE course to get the cut off score is 56. I opted to this college that i need B.E Mechanical group. There is no seats available in other colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course structure is good by conducting evening special classes in weekays. When somebody failed in the subject they want to come for special classes in sundays to pass the subject. In weekdays the failed students to attend the evening special test for 1hr.

Internships Opportunities

In Ucal Fuel systems i had interview on Campus and i placed in that company in 4th year itself. Yes my college is providing good placements for the students who have not completed in 3rd year itself. The companies are Infosys, TCS, CTS, Chettinadu Cements, Ucal Fuel sytems.

Placement Experience

Placements are superb in nature for the college to possess good results and the major companies give good job opportunities for the students who having better percentage in overall semesters. The companies are Infosys, TCS, CTS, Chettinadu Cements. Packages will be veried to 1 to 3 lakhs.

College Events

Every semester there is a cultural and sports events for every departments vise to win the prizes in every semesters. In cultural who getting 1st, 2nd and 3rd gets Certificates and prizes like Hotcase, Tiffin Box, Cooker. In Sports dept wise and club based matches is conducted in that who winning 1st place gets Shield, Boots.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes good scholarship given to the students who are not able to pay the money for their studies and they will give the time to pay the money in monthly basis.

Campus Life

Gender ratios are males are 65% and girls are 35%. No raging in the college for sexual orientation and politics. Regarding sports is excellent by conducting internal sports meet by department vise and sending students to Outside tournaments, Ties in all zones.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes they are helpful and contactable and the alumni network per year is scheduled grantly in my college. Colourful functions,speech and with good food.

Exam Structure

Exams are very frequent for the students that class test, midterm test, Terminal test. In one week there will be compulsory 3 class tests. For 40-45 days of time one midterm test is conducted. If Terminal 1&2 is clearing will go to Semester exams. Labs are frequent in a week in 2-3 labs will be conducted. Tentative practical lab will be conducted to appear for Semester practical lab exam.

Faculty

Good qualified faculties in my college and if any doubts regarding subject or any problem facing in calculations they are helpful. If dull students should be educated means for the particular subject in class intervals the students will get trained for the particular subjects.

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
