I joined this college because of its infrastructure and laboratories. Our college faculty is very good and helpful. We also have a very wide variety of books in the college library. College has anti-ragging environment.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose AEIE because I heard this will help me learn about different instruments. We have around 50 students per year with 8 departmental teachers. All of the faculty have M.Tech or Phd degrees. The teachers are very helpful and teach their subject in detail. Makaut has a semester every 6 months. In the first two years, the subjects were difficult but as we know more about the different subjects of our stream in later years(3&4th year) the subjects become easier to pass and good grades are easier to score since the subjects of 3&4th years are dependent on the earlier year subjects .
Placement Experience
Students are eligible for placement from 3rd year of their B Tech degree. TCS, CTS, Wipro are few of the many companies which offer campus placements in our college. The average package is around 4LPA. Around 60% of students are placed so far with many companies left to visit in upcoming months for the final year.
Fees and Financial Aid
Total fees for 4 years is around rupees 4 lakh. Each year around 90,000 rupees are the fees for college. The college has good campusing. Several companies offer placement to the students of our college including MNCs.
Campus Life
The college has several tech fests like Avenir, etc. The college library has lots of books enough for each student to learn each subject which is taught in the college and no student needs to buy books from outside the college since college library already provides required books. Classrooms are decent. Projectors are also used in class for teaching in some classes. The college organizes various sports activities throughout the year. Pheonix club, sports club, etc are a few of the many clubs in the college. These clubs can pretty much keep someone occupied through the year alongwith studies.
