Lovely Professional University (BBA Hons)

Lovely Professional University is the best university to choose. It got everything. The university personally gets involved in the development of its every student. They encourage us a lot. Their code of conduct is very different from other universities and thus the best. They organize the admission process in 4 phases- beginning from the month of April and goes till August. You just have to fill the application form and submit 10,000 INR to confirm your seat. LPU comes under the top 10 private universities of India- with the best placement records and best campus life. I got to know about the university from my friend I am glad for I chose this university over others.

The course curriculum of this university is very much similar to the curriculums of the universities of Europe and other foreign universities offer. Thus, making you a world citizen. Students and teachers share a friendly bond. The teachers here are very supportive and encouraging. They try to offer the best exposure to their students. We got our own private messenger app (LPU Live) to get in touch with our course instructors thus making it very easy to interact even after the lectures. All the faculty members are well qualified and most of them hold PHD degree. They are also well experienced. We have two exams per semester and 2 semesters per year.

Lovely Professional University's summer training initiatives is a well-known internship program. Other than this, the university with the help of its various strong tie-ups with numerous organizations offers internships to its students. Every BBA Hons student has to join an organization for a duration of one 1 year as an intern. The university takes care of the development of its student and thus tries its best to provide the best industry exposure so that the student becomes well-known to the working world. In our 3rd semester, we have CDP (community development project) a summer training projects under which we have to work under an NGO for the duration of a month and prepare the report.

By the end of the 6th semester (the last semester), the students become eligible for placement drives. The students are made to register for on-campus or off-campus placements by the end of their 1st year. 98% of students get placed in BBA Hons every year. Many corporate giants visit the university to recruit talents. Some to name are- Cognizant, TATA, Flipkart, Amazon etc. This year in 2021, Cognizant offered 739 vertos alone. More than 500 vertos get offers from many best companies. I will pursue my higher studies without sitting for a placement drive.

The university provides various financial assistance to its students through many scholarship policies. I got 86% marks in my 12th board and thus was eligible to get a fee waiver of 35% on my course. I am saving nearly 20,000 on my semester fees every semester. You can apply for the scholarship on many other aspects too- sports, cultural achievements, social worker etc. If you don't have any excellence in any field, then you can also appear for a scholarship exam LPUNEST, and thus depending upon your scorecard you can become eligible for the scholarship. The campus also has many part-time jobs and paid internships inside campus.

The university is never out of fests and events. After a tiring week, the university plans and conducts many refreshing events for the students- which not only provides entertainment but also let them learn. Celebrities visit the universities and conduct small concerts or entertainment shows for the students. Coke Studio is one of the most popular among them. Lpu library has 25,00000+ books and ebooks. Rarely there would be a chance for not getting any book. They have every book for every field. Our classrooms are air-conditioned. The labs and classrooms are well equipped and up to date. Many social groups and clubs are run by students inside the campus. Many inter-schools and inter colleges events are conducted inside the campus. They have stadiums for all the sports.
