Allahabad University, B.Sc, Mathematics

Remarks

Allahabad university is situated in Allahabad and it's also known as factory of IAS. I'm from jaunpur shifted to Allahabad to take admission and study there to achieve good knowledge. The professor's of this university are very friendly and the university has all the facility like library, sport grounds, music, art, dance and many other things are available here. So I choose this collegeI obtained 170 marks in entrance test after few days cut of listed on it's website was 167 so I decided to go Pravesh Bhavan where we can take admission by verifying documents. 4th of July 2019 I submit my all forms and fee. Here is only one bad thing that is student politics.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I am a maths students and decided for bachelors degree in science with maths as main subject. Teaching is good but the question paper in exam is very difficult.

Class Size: 250Course Fees: INR 1200 per year

Placement Experience

0.5

Student apply for different type of government job after completing their course. Most of then prepare for civil service exam and other like SSC, bank, railway such type of job .

College Events

In 2019 Annual function was based on Bairakpur se Lal Quila. Directed by Wlater Peter. It was very amazing. I have also participated in this event. There is a very big sport ground where we can play cricket, football, kabaddi , tennis, badminton and many more games. There is a Very large collection of books in library with wife facilities to the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Annual fee is only 1200 in which we can apply for scholarships but I didn't apply for scholarship so I don't have clear idea about this. Allahabad University provides an MBA study program. The fee for this course is INR 1110 as per year. the candidate can join after Passing Graduation.AU announced new admissions In the BCA study program and therefore the fee is going to be charged INR 1225 as per year. youre eligible for this course after passing intermediate.AU provided admission within the B.A+L.L.B study course. The fee is going to be charged INR 37,000 as per annum. Anyone can join after intermediate with 45%.Allahabad University Fee Structure Headline 2020-21.AU allows admission within the B.Sc course. The fee for this course is INR 1200 as per year . Students are going to be eligible after getting Intermediate.

Hostel Facilities

1.5

Meals quality is not good in hostel and we can register for hostel during admission process. Basically hostel is not enough good so most of the students take room on rent or pg.

Hostel Fee: INR 30 per year

Admission

Entrance test can be conducted

Hostel Facilities and Accommodation Experience at SRMU University

Likes

Supportive and knowledgeable faculty. Faculty Quality and Placement Opportunities at SRMU University
Spacious campus and decent infrastructure.
Supportive and knowledgeable Good academic environment and learning opportunities.

Dislikes

Placement opportunities could be improved.
Hostel facilities and maintenance need improvement.
More practical learning and industry exposure are needed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the course curriculum 4 out of 5. It is relevant and covers the essential concepts of the subject, providing a good theoretical foundation. However, more practical learning, industry exposure, and updated course content would make it more comprehensive and career-oriented.

The beauty of BHU

Likes

The things I liked about the college are the faculty and the professors. They are very cooperative and helpful.
The campus life is quite beautiful here, campus is very close to nature and you can get fresh air. Also the infrastructure is on the top they have all the facilities which are required.
There is an active placement cell in the campus which usually provide in campus placement to students according to their concerned departments.

Dislikes

Some of the things which i think should need to be improved are the classrooms and canteens.
Also I think there is need of improvement in placement cells fir humanities students.
For library I would also say there needs an improvement because they have less capacity in comparison with number of students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course is very relevant. I took admission in pg diploma in guidance and counselling which is a one year diploma course. I was inspired to do this course specially because it can provide you placement for sure. After this you can apply as a counsellor in any academic setting or NGOs.The teaching method of professors is quite good. They almost cover the entire syllabus before exams

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam
