If we consider this new normal first (post covid), Lovely Professional University is the only university in India that was already prepared to fight against this difficult time. When all the other government and private universities were figuring out their next step about beginning the online classes, the LPU Vertos were comfortably settled at their home and were taking the benefits. In the era of Zoom meetings and Google meets, LPU has its own Codetantra- which is the best platform for online classes. I am glad that I chose LPU over the other colleges. The curriculum followed by Mittal School of Business, LPU (it is the management section of LPU) is of world-class. Our course curriculum is very similar to what is followed in many top B-schools of the world. Now let's talk about the teacher and student relationship inside LPU- All the teachers and professors are very frank and interactive. They are really supportive and always stand with their students. The study materials provided by them are very much helpful and the quality of education is really nice. With the help of LPU Live, a private messenger app used by all LPU staff and students is another great benefit. It is really helpful, as one can reach their facilitator anytime for help and guidance. A maximum of our teachers holds a PHD Degree in their specialized field. The exams are of mid-level. We have two semesters per year and every semester we got to answer two exams- midterm and end-term.

By the end of our first year, it becomes mandatory for every student to work under an NGO for one month as a part of the Community Development Project (CDP). Other than this, LPU strongly promotes "Summer Training" and asks the students to get exposed to as many skills as possible. Giving their students maximum field knowledge is the ultimate goal. By the end of the second year, every verto is placed under an organization by the university for the duration of one year for an internship. Roles offered include, HR Manager, Marketing Manager etc. The projects prepared during all these trainings is later on presented in front of the recruiters, which helps in bagging a higher package.

For specifically BBA Hons students, we are made to register for campus placement by the end of our first year. The students become eligible for placement only after their 5th semester(final year). Lovely Professional University is popular for its great campus placement records. LPU has tie-ups with many big MNCs and big organizations. LPU also utilizes their alumni as a resource and thus successfully give their students placements. 500+ offers are made every year to the vertos. Examples of the companies which come to recruit are- TATA, Bosch, Amazon, Expressbee, Flipkart etc. 99% of the students get placed every year, and the record is still unbeatable. The highest package offered is - 13LPA and the lowest is 6LPA.

I applied really (in the fourth phrase) late, so I was able to get a 25% fee waiver only. If I would have known about this university earlier, I could have bagged more scholarships but that is fine. After all something is better than nothing. By the above statements, you would have realized - and yes you are right, The sooner you apply the more you will get. They conduct admissions in four phases, so if you apply in the first three phases, you will get a better scholarship scope depending upon your merits. There are various schemes for scholarship- Sports, Social activities, Cultural activities, NCC etc.

Although we (the batch of 2020) is still waiting to go to college, let me tell you, they even got all those campus fun and activities virtually too. The campus is very big and large. It got way lot of facilities inside than the other universities. To name some, LPU's central library is one of the largest libraries in the whole country. There are more small libraries in every section of LPU. Secondly, There are many large auditoriums for cultural events, and also a big theatre. Thirdly- for all the sport lovers, there are big stadiums inside the campus for almost every sport and in addition to it, there is also gym facility inside the campus itself. Our classrooms are air-conditioned and digitalized. There are many student-running organizations inside the campus- like, Developers of technology, DYC etc.
