There is no entrance examination conducted for undergraduate programs at Lovely Professional University. The admission procedure is as follows- 1) Fill the application form 2)Submission of important documents and 3) Payment for seat confirmation. One of the best aspects of Lovely Professional University is its great tie-ups with top foreign universities and companies. This makes LPU a global brand and also helps in pursuing further studies in any of the foreign countries. There are many opportunities offered by the university to complete their degree in a foreign university by paying the fees of LPU only. There are random scholarship initiatives taken by the university to provide financial assistance to aspiring students and help them achieve their dream to study in another country.

So I am a general Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) student. Taking a technical degree is way better than going for normal graduation in today's time, therefore I chose BBA for my undergraduate. Lovely makes sure that they recruit the best for their students and thus results in hiring the best quality professionals who are very supportive and hardworking people. LPU faculty is the reason behind thousands of successful stories of its students (vertos). All the teachers are well qualified and hold Ph.D. degrees. They are always active for their students and guides them in every aspect in which the student feels lost. The ultimate guiding light. The examinations are conducted twice a semester and in a year we have two-semester. In addition to this, we have 3 continuous assignments(CA s) in every subject and the best of two is counted in the final evaluation.

University makes the student practice more than teaching theories. Along with on-campus training through part-time jobs and summer training, they also motivate the students more to join programs that can enhance their skills. Industrial drives are conducted for the students to give the students some practical field knowledge. For a BBA student, in the second year, they make us work under some NGOs for a month as part of our summer training and prepare the projects which an internship. At the end of our second year, the university themselves provide our internship opportunities and we are supposed to work as an intern at our respective organization for the duration of one year, which is a big exposure for us as a fresher. The projects made during these experiences play a vital role in our campus placements.

Campus placement is one of the biggest advantages of joining this university. No doubt, LPU provides the best campus placements to all desiring students. In BBA, the percentage of placement went to 99% in 2021. More than 400 offers were been made to the students and the majority were able to bag a high package- between 4.6 LPA to 9LPA. Profiles offered are in the sectors of- human resource, finance and accounting, and marketing. The companies which visit the campus for recruitment drives include- Canara Bank, TCS, Bosch, Amazon, Cognizant, etc. I am going to pursue my higher studies (MBA) after completing my degree.

The fee structure of Lovely Professional University is undoubtedly expensive but only without a scholarship scheme. Getting a scholarship has been made easier for all the students- there is a common scholarship exam conducted for the scholarship aspirants known as LPUNEST (currently conducted in online mode). If you feel you aren't eligible for any merit-based scholarship scheme then you should appear for it. Secondly, other scholarship schemes include- Sports, cultural, social, 100% scholarship for Covid frontline warrior's wards etc. Inside the campus, we have lots of paid part-time jobs available to the student to provide them some financial assistance. With the help of the university, you can also start your own start-up inside the campus. I got a 30% scholarship assistance based on my 12th and 10th board examination marksheet.

There are many annual fests held in the university. Our campus is never out of activities and fun. With the best academics, they make initiatives to provide relaxing as well as fun activities for the students. Some of the names of the events include- Spectra, Youthvibe, Freshermen and many more. There is more than 200 student running organizations in the university working under the student organization cell. With the help of these clubs only, the university is full of colors of fun and learning. Many Bollywood celebrities keep visiting the campus and entertain the students. National and international tournaments for sports are also been conducted. The campus has many big stadiums for almost all the sports. Theaters and auditoriums are also some of the highlights. The best part of this university is that- the largest university of India is well maintained and adorable. The university management deserves salute who actually work to maintain the university.
