Ramadevi Women's University is a premier in institutions in Bhubaneswar,odisha & As well as only women's University in the State.It offers BA, BSc, BCom, MSc, MCom, MPhil, MA courses. The admission to UG courses is granted on the basis of marks in 10+2.10% of total seats in each stream will be filled by candidates claiming for direct admission category (international participation in NSS and sports).Admission forms can be filled online followed by sumbission at the University campus.Registration starts from may last week or June first week. Application procedure- -Candidates can download an application form or brochure through the official website. -candidates have to pay fee through the demand draft which is drawn in favour of controller if finance,RDWU payable at BBSR. -send the completely filled application form along with the demand draft and required documents to the chairperson,PG council,RDWU,BBSR-751022 Odisha. Course Curriculum Overview

Computer Science is the most favourable and eligible course in IT sector. Faculties are very accountable and liable. Highly qualified faculties with best teaching methods. Term exams take place in every 3 months interval. It's not that much difficult to pass the exams. Questions are reasonable.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, intership are available but I don't know exactly about the companies name and roles offer. I don't have much information. But good offer come for the campus from good companies like Wipro,Capgemini and many more.

Placement Experience

I don't exactly know about this part.But all I can say is that our aluminis are really good.Our University has a good image in our state as well as in our country. Well I would like to prefer to join good company if not then will prefer to study more (MCA).

Fees and Financial Aid

While filling the application form candidates need to pay Rs 500. Then for admission and yearly payment students need to pay Rs 3600. Internships are available for students who are in the science field and students scouring atleast 90% get easily placed. The stipend is around 8k to 10k.

Campus Life

Sports facilities are available in this university like badminton, volleyball etc. laboratories are good and well equipped with chemicals and apparatus. We have a separate building for Library and all kinds of books are available with different authors and also all kinds of newspapers. So many fest are conducted here.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate 5 out of 5 to this course curriculum in terms of relevance and Comolrehesiveness. As most of the student know there are 2 semester in a year and also 2 mid semesters. I think the difficulty level depend on student.

Ravenshaw is the best

Placement Experience:

I don't know more about how placement season in ravenshaw. But mu friend study in BBA department ,he said in our college 80% of students get placement. They get avarage 16 lakh per annum salary. Our university alumni are very strong and they Collab with various big companies.

RIE: NOT A COLLEGE BUT AN EMOTION

Placement Experience:

RIE is basically a Teachers training institute. Students are eligible to sit in placement from 8 semesters of b.sc b.Ed. a variety of schools from different parts of India come to visit RIE in the season of placement. There is a provision of 100% placement. Students are placed in variety of schools in the region starting from West Bengal Chhattisgarh even in Pune. Though the package is not that attractive cause here the package maximum goes up to 4.2 lakhs per annum. That's why many students choose to go for higher education rather than for placement. But 100% placement is there. The average package is about 3.6 lakhs per annum, which is not that good. A huge part of students go for higher education rather than placement.

Placement Experience:

students become eligible for placements from the 5-6th semester. average packages availed by students range from 225000 to 300000 per year. around 10% of students get placed. I personally plan to pursue a postgraduate degree and then a doctoral degree.

Best Women's College

First I applied for Utkal University for my PG in life scene but didn't get into due to less mark in my entrance examination. Also, the no. of seats for life Science is limited there. After that, I get qualified for RDWU for my PG. The admission criteria for PG id provided based on the score of entrance examination following Viva and career marks. Based on these criteria I get qualified for the free seat which involves a fee of only 2500 rupees for the first year.
