SKIT is one of the top college in Jaipur and my experience is very good .

SKIT has been ranked no. 1 consecutively from the last 3 years by Rajasthan Technical University , Kota on the basis of quality index value score . Infrastructure is also good , building are nice and well developed . Swami keshwanand institute of technology, management and gramothan addmission process for b.tech course usually starts in the month of April after the JEE Main exam is conducted.Once the JEE Main exam is over Rajasthan Engineering Admission process is conduct councelling for the seat allotment. Candidates who have not appeared in the JEE Main can also apply for the SKIT B.Tech admissions on the basis of class 12th marks. However, candidates who have appeared in JEE Mains will be given higher priority in comparison to students with only class 12th marks. The selection of the candidate to the b.tech course is on the basis of REAP. The teaching facilities and the teachers of this college are all amazing they continuously support you and encourage you like your family.

I am second year student of electronics and communication branch . I choose ECE because I thought that in this branch there is a lot of options in this field. The student ratio was not the best part. The faculty: student ratio is 1:60, there are 60 students in one hall. 30 students in each batch. The teaching staff is quite good and the quality of education is very nice. Teachers are highly qualified PhD level. Teaching staff always takes care about the edyyand examination standards . Great faculty gives much support . My college have all qualities to educate us . They are very friendly to students as well as cooperative. The curriculum activities goes well with the latest corporate trends . There is 2 semester in every year and each semester and each semester consists 3 exams and you have to clear your jury for passing every exam. The exam is not so difficult but also not so easy to pass . So you have to submit your assignment on time and of course your attendance matter a lot.

Well, we all know that engineering is pretty expensive though it is worth it. My cost per year is around 91.4k for my course which is pretty good. The campus facilities offered and quality of studies is good so the fees can be high but according to me, it is little too high. It makes it difficult for middle-class parents. In the future, it will be good if they reduce the fees. Otherwise, everything is perfect. As college offers many scholarships for students. As I am not feeling getting our money waste because we will give our education more priority which is good in college so it is quite good. SKIT offers the Shrimati Gyani Devi scholarship ans SKIT's alumni scholarship worth Rs.10 lakhs for needy students. AICTE offers the following scholarships for the students whose family income is less than or equal to Rs.8 lacs p.a.--(1) Pragati scholarship scheme for two girl candidates in a family. (2) Saksham scholarship for especially disable people. And many more scholarships are available.

The college campus is really pretty with lots of greenery around. The campus is very green and we get fresh air. SKIT organizes a fest every year called PRAVAH in February. This fest is for 7 days through which we can show our talent. The fest is organized by students. It is one of the best experiences.The college library is too good and big also but the negative part of the library is that there is a shortage of some books but overall is quite good. The classroom is also big. The college has its own students committee and you can take part in various clubs of the college such as photography, dance, singing, literary club, etc. One can choose the clubs according to their choice and interest.The students and teachers all are very nice. The college is at Jaipur. The students are given various opportunities to showcase their talent and skills and explore themselves. There is a cricket ground and basketball court where we can play during non-class hours.
