Remarks

Very good college with western culture and beautiful view of college attracted me. All professors here are Masters with great degrees.I especially did see any bad aspects, saw everything good here and it was a great place to learn and explore the things.

Course Curriculum Overview

At college we have open book exams where student need to use talent and write the exam.Courses are challenging but good faculty always for help. We have FFCS system where student can choose their own timings and faculties.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 143000 per year

Placement Experience

Here we have 100% placements with dream offers and we get intership with full time offers during the last year of education. The team of placement is very helpful to the students who understand and never back in providing facilities

Fee Structure And Facilities

I got selected at Genesys Telecom Labs chennai with stipend of 25000. Fees was 1,45,000 and scholarship of 10,000 per year was provided based on the merit. Also bank are always helpful to provide loan.

Campus Life

Many clubs for students to enjoy and a great library with huge books for a person to study and always open for us to help and gain knowledge. Many clubs are present and some of them like MAD and toast masters as well. All sports are there for students with perfect facilities

Honest review

Likes

I liked course curriculum and one year outside project
I liked the peaceful library and bookss.
I liked facilities in the campus of karunya

Dislikes

Sunny days which brings sweat to your outfit
No AC classrooms which is a great disadvantage
Short period of lunch break which make us weak

Placement Experience:

Placement offers are better when compared to other colleges, i haven't gone for any placements because I'm first' year student, but most of the department have got the package of about 31 LPA and biotechnology have 100% placement

Likes

The lab facilities and the classroom facilities and the cultural days
They have a library with vast books and books can also be read through online in the library
They have bus facilities for students from different areas, nearly our college bus goes and pickup students from 3 districts

Dislikes

There is no proper guidance or teaching for post-graduation course
There is no placements with MNC's and they have placement with only small company with less pay
There we won't get knowledge, we have to study on our own and write our exams

Placement Experience:

For final year students placements are eligible. I didn't get the chance for placements in this college but some small startups visited this college for placements 2 students got placed in the company with 10000 monthly package

I am pursuing ME computer science and engineering course from AVCE.It is a two-year duration course with 4 specializations. Candidates who have completed BE or B.Tech in relevant discipline are eligible to join ME course. Admission to ME program is given on the basis of GATE/ TANCET scores. I got selected on the basis of my GATE score.

Admission:

I wrote the VITMEE exam as I am taking admission for MTech and I got a rank of 1100, I should attend the counselling in Vellore campus I couldn't because of some issues then administrative people from Chennai called me and I got the seat in category 1.

Awesome Colledge!!

Remarks:

I did my B.E in a college in my own state of rank 11th in the state. But, i can say proudly that my M.E college was far better than that. I did visualize that the college gives every thing to students. Studies/Fun/Communications an they were up to the mark of IIT's, i guess.
