The university is in my hometown so travelling convenience was a benifit. The university is very big,old and has variety of courses. Many of my seniors referred me this university because of its curriculum, returns etc. My college under this university follows all the norms of the university very strictly and all the processes being computerized helps a lot. My college has a small campus that only the negative point. Admission typically starts around May-June. I directly referred to my college website for any additional information.

I was basically intrested in Mechanical Engineering right from my 10th class. Functioning of various machines, automobile diverted ne towards Mechanical Engineering. Faculty in my college is very friendly and helpful. Helps in every little difficulty that I ever faced. All the faculties are PHD holder. Teaching is done on board as well as with the help of projector for showing animations, Videos. Typically a semester pattern there are 2 exams each year plus 2 insem exams. Passing in the exam requires thorough study and just mugging up does not help.

College generally does not provide ani Internship opportunities to the students. Students themselves have to search and opt for them . I did my internship at Rolex Engineers in Bhosari (Pune). It was unpaid internship but got to learn many new things like types if cnc, operations like drilling,milling, cutting etc.

Typically after your 3rd year, students start attempting the interviews. College arranges for many companies like wipro,tata consultancy, Dassault Systems, etc. For mechanical the highest package is around 550000. 40-50% of the students get placed. I plan to do masters after my B.E

For me typically the fee ranged from 95000-98000 yearly. You can add about 50000-55000 yearly for transportation, stationary, housing rent,food,miscellaneous. Hike was not more than +- 1000,2000 rs. Reserved category students do get fee concession directly from the state government and not the college. There are no on-campus jobs

We have event named Dynamech every year which is totally organised by the students. It includes games, tasks and is cery exciting event indeed.Our library is equipped with all the reference books I ever needed. Classroom are equipped with benches, projector, blackboard, etc. Sports fest is carried out every year and the winners are given prize during the annual day. Technical groups like BAJA, SUPRA which makes racing cars for events is very exciting too.

No there was not any group discussion, interview, or written test for the admission. Admission is granted basically on the Jee marks or your diploma marks. Admission process was very smooth and basically 90% tasks were online.
