Remarks
On the first day, I visited the college. There were no criteria about the 12th marks for opting for different streams. We can opt for any stream and based on the 12th marks they provide us scholarships. This college focuses on the study and helps us in getting placements. There is a disciplined environment in the college.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because I like coding and working on the computer to design websites. The faculty to student ratio is really great. The term exams held after every end of the semester which is of 5 months. And it's difficult to pass the exams because we have to explain every question in detail around 5 to 6 sheets for every answer and we have to draw the diagrams and write the answer in points to get good marks.
Placement Experience
From 3rd year students become eligible for the placements. There are many companies that visit our college like Capgemini, TCS, Infosys, Accolite, etc and many more. The highest package goes up to 7 lakhs and in rare cases, it can go up to 10 lakhs per annum. My plan is to get a job after getting the degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees of this course are around 6 lakhs in my college and based on the percentage of 12th we get a scholarship for 1st year then for 2nd year onwards based on the 1st year percentage we get scholarships. In campus placements, we can get a stipend of 3 to 7 lakhs mostly and it can go up to 10 lakhs.
Campus Life
The books and journals are available every time in the library. There are many copies of a single book so there is no shortage of books. There are sports like football, basketball, volleyball, cricket and badminton, etc. Yes, students have made a team in the developer students club of google and it is named DSC DCE.
