Excellent work for Assessing Employees Performance Using Predictive Analytics

My college admission experience was amazing because fortunately this time there is no entrance exam for MBA in VIT. They have conducted only Personal interviews online. That's why I said it was amazing, so it was a nice experience. Due to this pandemic situation, VIT didn't conduct any entrance exams but they asked MAT score and also my UG Degree percentage, the criteria are at least we should get 50% from MAT and 70% in UG degree to get admission to VIT. Finally, the admission process was run online-only, they sent me a Provisional certificate and in that, they have mentioned that I got selected in "MERIT", it was nice to see that at last. These are the experience, I got from my College!!

I chose this course because I want to be a "Business Analyst". By coming to my college faculties they are good enough to teach us what we need. They are friendly to the students. They will teach each and every student in the same way. To become a Faculty in VIT, we should complete a Ph.D. Finally, coming to exams we have only Trimesters, which means we need to study 3 semesters per year. In that, we have 60% of the marks for internal and 40% of the marks for the FAT (Final Assessment Test) exam. So it may not that tough to get a pass mark.

I'm currently doing an internship now, but there is no lot of companies with a stipend for an internship. We got Digicar company with less than 10K Stipend. The projects like J component, in operations, HR, Finance, Marketing, etc., I have done my project and got a very good grade. Projects : 1. Assessing Employees Performance Using Predictive Analytic Techniques. 2. Strategic management

For a 3 years course, students who have to be in the 5th semester are eligible to sit in the placements. Overall, the last year of last semester is the time for placements. Company coming for placement in VIT is Deloitte, Infosys, Cognizant, Accenture, IBM, Microsoft Google, etc., Overall offers - 9020 Companies The highest salary package is 4400000 (Microsoft) The average salary package is 6.41 Lakhs Percentage of students getting placements - 90 to 95% I'm planning to place in Dream company in the role of Business Analyst.

For MBA in VIT, they are costing 3.5 L per year which means we have to pay 7 Lakhs for 2 years. This is only a disadvantage in VIT because they costing too high for the fees in spite of also in an online class. VIT offers many scholarships like Raja Lakshmi Memorial Scholarship, Universal Educational Trust, etc.,

We don't need to worry about college festivals because VIT has a lot of festivals like Reveria, Pongal Fest., Gravitas, etc., And coming to Library, VIT library is one of the biggest libraries in India, spread over an area of 7770 sq m with six floors. Maximum all types of books are available in this library. The classroom also has a very good look. VIT sports have an excellent image outside, because of the huge place to conduct any sports and also a good trainer for students.
