Remarks

Entered the College on the first day for counseling and gone through the document verification process. The admission is based on Cut off marks which include Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, the cut off is also high to get a seat in this College of legacy.

Course Curriculum Overview

At present, the duration for each Semester is 2-3 months but the normal duration is 6 months. I choose this course because it has vast scope in the Technology world. The faculties are also well educated and teach us well.

Internships Opportunities

There are many companies offering internships to our students like Siemens India, and many alumni of our college offer internships and guide them towards their career. The best college for doing Engineering and learn what is everything.

Placement Experience

From the 5th semester, the students are eligible to participate in campus interview, and companies like TCS, Mahindra, CTS, Zoho visit our college. Our college's highest package is 20 LPA (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY) and the average salary is around 6-8 LPA. My plan is to crack GATE Exam and join any PSU's.

Fees and Financial Aid

I'm not undergoing any scholarships but there are numerous scholarship schemes available in our college. But the scholarships are worth it in our college. And fees in our college is pretty much less compared to many colleges.

Campus Life

There are many clubs in our college like literary and debate club, Tamil Mandram and the best club is administration aspirant Council which is for students who are interested in civil service and we have music club and sports facilities are also okay.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

Sathyabama is value for money

Likes

the classrooms in specialization are air conditioned
faculty is supportive for academic growth

Dislikes

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

Placement Experience:

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

At 8th semester the students can become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited more oftens are win etc the highest packages about 25 LP and average packers about 2.5 lpa percentage of students getting placement is above 80 percentage.

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester
