Remarks
The admission process is quite simple. We first visited there and walk into the admission cell by taking help from non-teaching and we have submitted the score of KITEE then they saw and got it after payment. This university accepts the score of JEE Mains, OJEE, CAT, XAT.MAT,CMAT,GMAT or ATMA. Mostly the admission starts from June or July but this year due to pandemic it will start from the third week of November.
Course Curriculum Overview
I am a student of the CSE (core) branch but I am also a curious student who is interested in ethical hacking, AI, ML, web development too. But the faculty members present here are really helpful and holds P.hD degree like almost all teachers. They will help you if you are from other branches then as well. The semester exam held on every 5 month and mid sem and internally held in 3 and 1 months respectively. The faculty student ratio is 1:30.
Internships Opportunities
There are paid and unpaid internship and student basically get both offers too. We have to do the minor project in the 3rd semester and the 4th semester, we do a major project. The average stipend from the internship is 15 - 20k.
Placement Experience
After the completion of the third year, the students start preparing for the placement exam. The companies like Amazon, adobe visits here and the highest package was 40 lacs. Our campus offer100% placement to every student.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure of KIIT is affordable in my view because it provides quality too as per money. The fee hasn't been hiked since last year. That's a good thing. KIIT provide Pradyumna Bal Memorial Scholarship, KIIT- poverty cum merit scholarship, KIIT Merit Scholarship & KIITEE Merit Scholarship.
Campus Life
The annual fest takes place mostly in December every year. Every classroom is supported with a smart board and everything. Additionally, our college provides fest like quiz fests, technical fests, quiz fests, robotics fests with great library support and e-library too. Our college also has various clubs like Music clubs, Literary club, Debate club etc. to which student can take part too.
Hostel Facilities
The accommodation for the hostel is great. We all get every facility that is required for the student. The menu is really good & the hostel price is also affordable. The gym service is also provided for the student who is interested and registered at the time of counselling.
Interview Experience
The application form should be submitted in person or by post but due to a pandemic from a couple of years, it's all online. Since I got admission in pandemic I directly gave the interview and it's easy too and I got selected to my dream university.
