Remarks

My College is accredited with NAAC Grade A college which itself defines the status. Also placement review, study culture and campus life are amazing which made me motivated to get admission with KJC. Also I took reference from inline sites like Collegedunia for details about the college and it helped me very much.

The current curriculum of my college comply with current requirements of the society like accounting, finance, banking business etc. Study syllabi constitutes Industrial exposure and various projects for practical understanding of students as well.

Internships Opportunities

Industry Institute Interface programme is being conducted by my college which takes place on every Saturday's. Also internship programme was conducted in partnered with Blue Dart Network for 3 weeks in summer 2019 for practical experience with stipend of INR10000 for each interns.

Placement is also very efficient in my college from 5th semester. Various top recruiters like Biocon, Cognizant, Google, Facebook, Amazon, Flipkart etc. Average salary package in our batch was around 5LPA with 100% placement record.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Merit based scholarship in my college is available for students based on their merit on 12th board performance. Also economically needy students can avail financial assistance with tution fee waiver upto 75%.

Campus Life

My college provides free wifi inside campus with laboratory, library and various e-study centres. Social clubs, sports club, cultural programmes are there for entertainment between studies. Smart and Green campus also facilitates Guest House for visiting parents' accomodation of students as well.

Hostel Facilities

My college provides hostel facility to both boys(5 hostels) and girls(6 hostels). Hostels are under 24x7 CCTV surveillance. Basic needs like study desk, bed, locker are provided with atached washroom. Hygienic food are provided in the cafeteria also.

Admission

Admission process is simple. My college provides both online and offline application with required testimonials. Minimum requirement is 40% in 12th standard. Candidates are shortlisted based on 12th mark and then called for admission.

Facility is very qualified. Faculties from IIM are also there. They are very friendly. They gives us extra support and mentorship after class also
College infrastructure is also good. Full of greenery amd calm environment and location is aldo good.
Placement is also good. And ROI is also good as per the fees.

Dislikes

The schedule is very hectic. And hostel timing is also short for returning.

Placement Experience:

Placements are also there 240+ recruiters come for campus placements. Average package is 8 to 9 lakhs and highest package is 17 lakh. We have Industry trajectory programme with big 4 like Kpmg GT etc

I have been from diploma background, after diploma I joined this course as later entry (direct admission to 2nd year). In diploma also, I have studied the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) course. As I know the basic concepts about this course, it is easy for me now to understand the concepts.

Hospital is far from college, which is again not an issue as they send bus service

Placement training courses coding wise was not that good.
Water facility sometimes was not good but it was ok nothing to dislike

1. From 7th semester onwards placement activities start. But from 1st semester itself they start training. 2. Windcare, Rinexx, Wipro, Infosys, A1 fence, Microdegree, Intellipath and so on. 3. Intellipath offers 10 lakh per annum and so on. 4. 85 percent students where getting placed. 5. To start my own venture.

Best location of college in the silicon valley of India

Campus area of the college is less than expexted
Conditions of hostels and mess is not good
Teachers and professors are not good in explaining concepts to students

Placement Experience:

From the end of 6th semester students become eligible for campus placemets.Many companies visit the campus including Oracle, UI path, etc offering students interships and full time jobs.The highest package offered to the student is 50 lakh per annum from UI Path and the average package of CSE branch is around 10lakh. Nearly 93% of students are placed in various companies.My plans after graduation is to grab a good on campus placement and look forward to my other goals in my life.

An honest review

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I'm in 1st semester. I will update you after my exams. But one good thing is that from this year, internals and externals will hold same weightage i.e., 50/50 If you can score more than 45% in internals which wouldn't be that big of a deal because they'll ask most the questions from class notes. Most of the faculties are average I would say. But some are good professors too. I chose CSE because I find these topics interesting since junior school. And everyone is just jumping into cse is a reason too lol.

Insight into KJC by a real life student

I applied to KIIT, Symbiosis, Saint Xavier's and I got accepted in most of them. But I ended up choosing KJC because of Bengaluru. I heard so many good things about the weather here and how the place is so I wanted to come here. I did not apply in Christ because I heard that the routine is too hectic. KJC is not like that. The routine is manageable. We have classes from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. But we either have morning classes or afternoon classes. Not the whole day.
