The institute has the accredition by International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE), USA and Is the first institute of India to do so. ABS is affiliated to Alliance University, Bangalore and also has AICTE approval. For MBA admissions here at ABS the academic records, CAT/NMAT/XAT/MAT score and performance in essay writing and PI/GD rounds is checked.
Alliance University has ABS as its premium management institute and this is why the faculty here is also ot premium quality. Many of them have doctorate degrees and good amount of experience in their respective fields. The classrooms here are quite advanced which enhances the overall experience for learning.
Yes, I got a decent Internship offer during the campus internship round. The offer was given by Volvo for a 7 weeks time span and the Stipend was INR 28,000. This time period helped me in getting vast amount of experience about the actual working. It was a memorable experience.
The 2020 campus placements of our college had around 350 recruiters among which about 43% were first time recruiters. The highest package bagged by my MBA program was INR 18 LPA while,the average package stood around INR 7.6 LPA. Famous names like Aditya Birla Capital, Volvo, Axis Bank and loreal were also there for the campus placements.
ABS, Bangalore has a fee structure which is a little higher than IIM Raipur and Lesser than that of IIM Rohtak. The total fee for MBA here at Alliance Business School is INR 13.5 Lacs which includes the tuition fee but exclude the hostel fee. There is availability of different academic performance based scholarships and financial aids under some specific criterias.
The campus life at ABS is filled with different different kind of competetions, Quizzes, fests and events for both academic and extracurricular types. Our library has good volumes of books and periodicals across different fields. The cultural committee and students committee are also there for the well-being of students.
The hostels at AMS were facilitiated with all basic requirements of the students at decent prices. Both girls and boys are provided with separate residence facilities. There was availabilty of both sharing and single rooms and the expenses also varied as per the students requirements. The quality of mess food was good as the menu had good variety of cuisines.
Firstly the CAT/NMAT/XAT/MAT exam score along with academic records of applied candidates is checked to shortlist them for the further rounds. Those candidates the have to perform in PI/GD and essay writing rounds during which there mental ability and thinking is examined. Performance of the candidate in all different rounds was checked to do the final selection for admissions.
CMRIT is noted for its placements. The placement department provides utmost support to the students through various programmes and activities to build the skills demanded by the top companies. The placement training for MBA starts from the 2nd semester, students are eligible for campus placements from the 3rd semester. We have seen top companies such as Wipro, TCS etc. 85%-90% of students get placed every year with an average package of 6 lpa and highest 18 lpa.
I was always interested in business management and besides, I have a degree in business management only and I wanted to follow it up with a master's in business management. Almost all our professors are well qualified and Ph.D. holders. And they possess great qualities when it comes to teaching. They rely on modern technologies for teaching, they push us always to do something better by giving us assignments which is relevant in modern days business environment. Everything in my college was on time only including lectures and exams and it was really hard to pass due to the standard of questions.
Students will be eligible for placements by the end of the 5th trimester (total: 6 trimesters). The highest package is 15 LPA and the lowest is 4 LPA. There is a wide range of Companies for placement, such as Hindustan Unilever, ITC, Wipro, DHL, Britannia, TCS, IBM, DXC, Deloitte, KPMG, PWC, EY, Gartner, HDFC, IDBI, ICICI name a few. 95% of students get placed annually. I got placed in IBM as a Business Analyst.
I choose to pursue my MBA programme from the Christ University as the institute was very popular and renowned for its academic excellence, rigorous & comprehensive curriculum, global exposure, experiential learning experience, international collaborations and partnerships, versatile faculty members, etc. My admission for the MBA programme was done based on the valid scores in CAT exam.
The placement committee at the Christ University works effectively by placing the students in the reputed organizations. There is a 100% placement ratio was there in our college.
College is very professional and joyful. We had lot of fun while pursuing our studies. infrastructure is bit congested and rest everything is very good. You will learn lot of things intl this college
Waste college naver join even don't have aicte approval so think before joining the college for theirs earnings purpose it's not a business school just doing business with students.
