Students are admitted to the program on the basis of merit (Percentage of marks secured in 10th and 10+2/12th Board Examination). The candidate may also be called for a Personal Interview if so desired by the University. I personally didn't avail any quota.

We have a faculty ratio of 1:60 Faculties well qualified and are passed out of institutes of national reputes. Almost all of them are Ph.D. scholars. Exams are conducted in three phases internals, Mid-semester, and End semester. all the exams have a definite standard and are invigilated strictly.

I recently got selected for Pursuing General Industrial Training which would emphasize Finance and HR at Graphite India Limited,Durgapur . As per the schedule, the internship is programmed to commence from the first of July till the first week of August. This internship would enlighten me on the various aspects of how does an organization practically works and how to do different department functions together.

Establish a recruiting strategy that best utilizes companies’ resources. Help Companies to connect with students and build their brand on campus. Schedule interviews to minimize conflicts. Working in tandem with corporate and students to ensure value-added summer internship and short-term projects. Providing training facilities in the areas of soft skills, arranging workshops, seminars, colloquiums, contests to enhance the experiential ambiance of Industry to students.

For pursuing BBA it was 8.1 lakh in 2019. Without a hostel, the fees drop down to 4.5 lakh. I didn't get any scholarships. The fee has been hiking from the very year now for studying BBA students have to pay 6 lakh without hostel accommodation.

Several Student Conduits and Committees have been formed under which different activities are carried out throughout the year by the students. Facilities are available on campus to engage students in several sporting activities throughout the year. The sports conduit organizes various events both within the institute and also takes on the responsibility of forming teams for different competitions in inter and intra-institutional events. The executive members organize various functions and festivals with the help of other student volunteers. Events like Independence Day, Janmasthami, Ganesh Chaturti, Id, Christmas & Oman, etc. are organized on the campus regularly. The food conduit coordinates and assists the campus mess in preparing the menu for all meals like breakfast, lunch, tea, and dinner. Besides this, the conduit also organizes special meals On the days of the events.

BGU has adequate on & off-campus hostel facilities for the students. Both hostels provide at-par ultra-modern living environs. Rooms in hostels can be used on a single or twin sharing basis. The hostels are designed to provide a proper mix of privacy & a unique social experience. We have a Medical Center with a full-time senior resident doctor ably assisted by reputed visiting doctors and other attending staff. An Ambulance is available on campus 24 X 7 to meet any medical emergency.
