Remarks
I opted for this course for the availability of my desired combination of subjects that I received. My admissions were done by walk in because of my grades and co curricular activities. I didn't have to take any tests or sit for any entrance. My combination for ba was PES, political science, economics and sociology.
Course Curriculum Overview
The faculty is not that tight here, they lack alot of teachers in the political science and sociology department. Some of these professors are actually good and know what they are teaching. Economics department was still better.
Internships Opportunities
There were various companies that came for internship like that of goldman satchel and various others but hardly anyone got placed, partly because of the training and other reason could be the lack of information to the students
Placement Experience
We became eligible for the job placements from the 5th semester, its the same time college starts various trainings for the same. But for the internship, we are eligible since the 1st year. Placement training and placement is decent, cant say the same about internship
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees is lower than any other college and is almost equal to that of those government colleges like of Delhi university. In the 2nd and the 3rd year, the fees for these courses are even less. There are various scholarship programs but I don't have enough knowledge about the same because I never applied for the same
Campus Life
There is always some or the other fest going on on campus. There are alot of clubs like that of psychology, sociology, basically of everything department. Most of these fests are pretty interesting, with culah topping the list.
Other Applied Colleges
Christ university | Masters in applied economics
Because it doesn’t have applied economics
