I have passed my MAT entrance examination in he year 2007. I had chosen this college because they have excellent exposure in the Indian job market and besides these the faculty of this college are mostly from Indian corporates and they have vast experience.
Course Curriculum Overview
The college focuses on the practical training which are important for the job market in the form of live presentations, cases studies associated with the recent business news. The electives which the students can choose from are Finance, Marketing, Information Technology and Human Resource.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, the college provides 3 months internship program to the different companies. Some of the companies do not give stipend to the students but the company i had worked for e.g Max New York Life Insurance had provided me stipend and the overall environment which i had experienced was very good and challenging because it had made me competitive and i had learnt many things about the industry.
Placement Experience
The institute provides excellent placement opportunities to the students. The companies which had come for campus recruitment are Star Cement, Max New York Life Insurance Company, Religare, Birla Sun Life Insurance, TVS, Sharekhan, Motilal, Oswal etc and their package starts from 1,50000 to 2,50000 which i feel was quite pretty for the freshers.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, the college had tied up with different banks to support the students to get loans on easy terms. The students who had scored high marks in degree examination and entrance had got relaxation in their course fees.
Admission
As i had said earlier i had passed my MAT examination and during February 2008 they had released their admission notification. After that i had passed GMAT examination held by them and thereafter i had to clear the Group discussion and personal interview to get admission in their college and the administration of the college was very professional.
Faculty
Most of the faculty in this college have experience in job market and as a result the student are greatly benefited from their vast experience in their relevant fields and apart from these their subject knowledge about a particular course is very good.
