Woxsen University Hyderabad, BBA, General

Remarks

The pilot batch has an upper hand of being the experimental batch which gives more exposure. As the college attained the university status, and the School of Business already has its MBA going on, the standards would be maintained and interacting with MBA students would give me more insights into the subjects exposing me to various other sides of the industry.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The university offers different specializations which are not offered by other universities and business schools. Specialisation courses like artificial intelligence, data analytics and technology are exclusively offered by the university. The faculty is fabulously supportive in terms of academics, national and international competitions apart from encouraging to strive harder.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 14 per year

Placement Experience

The placements begin in the final phase of the college years. As far as MBA is concerned, the placements are good as of now. The placements in BBA have not started yet as this one is the pilot batch.

Campus Life

Due to the covid situation, annual tests and other activities stand cancelled. But the clubs take deeper interests in the activities and host various webinars and activities which can be conducted online. The clubs like marketing, sports, operations, hr, communication, cultural clubs are run in the campus. The annual event Woxsen Premier League (WPL) is conducted on the level of IPL.

KG Reddy College: A Journey of My Learning and Development.

Likes

College Environment is more scenic and enjoyable.
Faculty teaching style is proficient and explain both theoretical and practical concepts.
College infrastructure (classrooms, benches, water supply) is good enough.

Dislikes

Not as dislike, college canteen should be extended to more seating.

Placement Experience:

Currently, I am in my second year of B.Tech. As a second-year student, I have no idea about this field in college so I can say as per my idea, our college's last year's highest package is 20LPA. So I am glad and hope it will happen the same way for me. And sometimes we usually go to the industry visits that is one of best activities from the college.

Likes

College environment is most scenic and that greenery atrracts everyone.
Faculty teaching style. all faculty always follow to cover both theoretical and practical things.
Freedom of dress code. in this college there is no specific dress code while anybody cross their limits in dressing they must be punished.

Dislikes

Canteen: College canteen is some what good but would be wonderful when increasing the menu and seating.

Placement Experience:

As a second-year student, I have a very small idea of the placement. Based on my perspective, 3rd-year students get internships, and final-year students get placements. Based on my understanding, last year the highest package in our college was 20 LPA. hope this college will train me in that way and at filnal i will also got placed with a good package.
