Kranthi's Review On PES University - [PESU], Bangalore

There are no bad remarks but we would like to get paid for the internship as of now.

I came here through managrment quota. i wanna become a doctor and serve the nation and poor and i opted this pes college because this is top college in bangalore and under rajiv gandhi university of health sciences.

Doctrate of pharmacy(Pharm.D) is a 6 year course and its going pretty good but there is little problem with the starting salary in industries but its going pretty good in clinical research departments and the course is well demanded in foreign countries like united states.

Yess it does and we are on internship from 4th year itself and we are doing our internship at bgs global hospitals, kengeri ,bangalore as a clinical pharmacist and we don't get any stipend.

Well when it comes to placements we have a placement officer who serves as bridge between the college and the company and most of them are recruited by companies like QUINTALS, MEDCON ETC as industrial basis as well as the marketing and data coding jobs.

There is a huge co curricular participation where students shows enthusiastic steps to participate in the sports, cultural events and international conferences and frequent workshops like deccan herald etc and day to eventrs like celebrtation of world diabates day and aids day and food day etc.

Fee structure is of two types l;ike for people who are joining through the CET or KCET have the very reliablity to fee but people who are joining through the management have to face a bit expensive fee structure and on top that there will be donations and allthose stuff.

Students can claim the education loans and the management is 100 percent friendly with that and management provides scholarship for students from low income families etc.

Pes university is the best campus with the areal spred of 35 acres and with the good infrastructure and world class labs and equipment and it has got good canteens and regular cultural events and huge ground and empowered sports commitee and campus is a student friendly with social activities.

Hostel is thje best for boys and we have veriety of options to choose from accomidation as welll as choosing the mess like north indian ,south indian, continental ect and we have so many canteens in our college campus it self and the food is pretty good and hostel has the secured rules and regulations.

The alumni studenst are the ones inspiratioinal; to us and they guide the each and every step to take foreward in our college life as well as in the student life and they are good well wishers.

Our exam structure is not a complex structure but a bit simple one with differed sections and stages of exams and ours is an annual based examination and not conducted as the semisted wise and we have sessionals or internals by which the performance is noted every quarterly and class test program is also included.

I was reffered by one of my friend and i came to bangalore, i saw the college and then opted for the Pharm.D course and joined it then again i came back aftre 2 months and then started college and now its been three years and i am in fourth year now and im doing well.

The faculty of pes college is named for its success and most of the faculty are the seniors and well experienced and had a broad spectrum of knowledge as theory as well as the practical orientation and there are different departments based on the different courses and subjects.
