Remarks
The admission process is seamless, you get a campus tour, hostel tour. All the facilities are explained and you get to interact with the top management, Institute's vision and their goal. They take admission via IPU CET, JEE MAINS, MERIT. The minimum mark you need to have is 60% in your senior secondary.
Course Curriculum Overview
Student to faculty ratio is 30:1. There are not many students in the Mechanical and Civil branches. You get a major chunk from CSE and ECE. Most of the faculty is Mtech and PhD pursuing while the top management and HOD'S have completed their PhD's.
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities are average. I am not complaining, but maybe My batch falls in Covid pandemic years, so it might have been affected at that time. Otherwise, again it depends upon you, if you have the skills and good projects, you are good to go.
Placement Experience
The placement scenario totally depends upon you. There are 3-4 companies that visit the campus every year. The placement is 30-40% on campus. And the overall placement is 80%. The institute placement and training cell provide plenty of off-campus and if you have the ability, you can crack the interview. Overall placement assistance is Good.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure is Decent, your first admission fee goes to GGSIPU which is around 40000. Rest the fees details can be found on Institute's Website. There are separate fees for Bus and Hostel facilities if you commuting from Delhi or are staying in Hostel.
Campus Life
The campus is lush green. There are several clubs and societies which are handled by the students supervised under Management. Institute encourage such activities, you just have to be proactive and take initiative yourself. In-house fest is conducted in February of every year.
