Remarks
I applied for the KIITEEE exam then there was an exam following that they called for an orientation program where the candidates were selected on the basis of the rank they got in the KIITEEE exam. The better the rank the better the chance to get good branches like CSE, CSSE, or CSCE. After the orientation program they call you up on the stage and you can choose the available branches and then they give you your appointment letter and then you select your hostel and get the admission.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is pretty good. The teachers are Pretty helpful. In the first year, you get all the basics subjects you studied in the plus II. In the second year, the major subjects come in according to the branches you select. In my case, it was computer programming and algorithms. The teachers are helpful in nature and they provide good support to the students in all the things they need
Internships Opportunities
There comes a lot of internship opportunities with a good amount of stipends which are paid monthly. There you need to do everyday work related to a certain project which they give. You need to finish your job each day and show it to your pod lead and they mark you on the basis.
Placement Experience
The percentage of students getting placed is quite high with almost 95 percentage of placement rate and with an average package of 5 lakhs per annum with the highest salary of 45 lakhs per annum. There is a greater chance of getting placed if you are in good branches.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure is a little high in here. The total fees is about 15 lakhs including the hostel fees and the fooding charges. I didn't get any scholarships but if you rank between 1000 in the KIITEEE exam you will get an scholarship of 6 lakhs with some terms and conditions applied
Campus Life
The social life is very good in the college. All the students are too friendly in nature. I was totally new to college life but made friends real quick in college. I was there in a social group known as karabh where I was a photographer. All the members of the society were too good and friendly in nature.
Hostel Facilities
The meal quality is quite a descent. We get four meals a day starting from breakfast from 8 am to 10 am then lunch from 12 on to 3 pm then we have evening snacks and then dinner from 8 pm to 10 on. Every day we have a different menu may it be for lunch or dinner or breakfast. The cooking service is also good and the timing too.
