Remarks

I am from the General category with a score of 95.46 percentile in JEE Main. I was getting many Government colleges n not so good branches in NITs. At last, I came to know about NFSC from Dad's friend, It's a different course, great college culture, amazing discipline, and skill developing stuff. Under Ministry of Home Affairs. Admission criterion begins with registration then medical following complete body examination and lastly document verification. There are reservations for categories with respective cutoffs.

Course Curriculum Overview

This course is kinda exclusive and full of enhancing new experiences. Only 60-70 people are selected for the course each year. The faculty is really good having great experience of teaching with astonishing qualifications and handling students. All staffs seek to maintain discipline. Mainly focus on practical learning. Exams are conducted under RTMNU every 6 months as Semester exams. The exams are moderate and challenging but if you study well it's easy to pass.

Class Size: 66Course Fees: INR 48000 per year

Placement Experience

After 6th semester, Students are eligible for campus placements. ONGC GAIL SAIL IOCL etc are companies with an average package of 10 to 12 lakh per annum. Placements are more than 80% ,it mainly depends on the skills you develop. Not as FireMan, as Fire Officer at least.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are nominal and reasonable for the course. Moreover college provide financial assistance to people with scheme TFW. ONGC , GAIL , SAIL etc.. these great companies come for campus placement providing average package of 10-12 lakh per annum.

Campus Life

NFSC has its own Rotatact Club which conducts all the fests and events for the students. There is large Library for all kinds of book you need for your course. Classrooms are quite modern with comfortable seatings, AC, Projectors, White board etc.. Have big grounds n courts for all outdoor sports and TT table. firewaale.com, rotaract_nfsc - instagramID, fireducare.com

Hostel Facilities

The campus is residential with its own Hostels, Mess, Gym, and Auditorium. Food quality is good with a proper diet plan. Mess charges its own fee for food per day. We have a Canteen for all other needs.

Hostel Fee: INR 13400 per year

My perspective about my college!!

Likes

Such a huge campus and it is located not far from the city so bus and autos are always available.
Our canteens serves Misal Pav which is next level.
For a city like Amravati and a college like ours, having a tech fest is a dream but since 2022, we have been hosting a tech event called Techlons.

Dislikes

Crowd is not that amazing as most students are non-serious over here.

Placement Experience:

TCS trains us in the third year and L&T Infotech and TCS are the ones who hired students. Almost half the students were taken by these two companies with an annual salary of 6 lakhs or so. For a freshers to work in such companies is a privilege and I am glad, we get this opportunity at our college.

A Brief Theory Round Of Aissms College Of Engineering

Likes

The campus is quite big and there are proper laboratories for every subject , also the faculty is quite helpful and helps student to settle up and get along so that the teaching and doubt interaction is built up from the starting
We have metro station right outside the gate of college so the travelling is quite simple
It's also good to have a college stationary right inside the campus and with discount too!

Dislikes

The benches are small which kind off makes the students uncomfortable to sit for more than 2 hours in that space
Canteen hygiene is not maintained at all
There's no underground parking for students and lack of space for parking of two wheelers

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good in Aissms College Of Engineering in comparison to the other one institute of Information technology. I personally have even saw seniors getting placements when they were in placement round room. And looking at all the boards the college has put up and I can definitely says that the college does get placements and companies do come

Living and Learning at IIT Bombay: My Review

Likes

Faculty and teaching assistants are so friendly and are with great experience and wisdom.
Other than education many other activities take place like NCC, NSS, sports competitions, inter IIT competitions, etc.,
Ragging, student and gender abuse are strictly banned

Dislikes

sometimes we have to work till midnight for any tech teams, any assignments, etc., if the submission is not done in proper time. But faculty don't keep any pressure or stress on students to do certain tasks

Placement Experience:

Job placements starts from 3rd year 2 nd semester or 4th year 1st semester. Many Multi National Companies, like Amazon, Google, Sony, etc.,, come to hire students. Almost 70 % of the students get jobs. Atfer completing graduation, few people begin their startups and other businesses with the knowledge gained in the university.

Also the fee of nfsc is very low as compared to gati Shakti vishwavidyalay. Admission process: first you have to given JEE examination which is conducted by NTA. Then you have to apply for NFSC Nagpur. Then you get a call letter from nfsc Nagpur. Where document verification and medical examination are taken.
