Entrance Preview

According to my 12th score three subjects were taken for counselling. Physics, maths, chemistry are those three subjects. I'll applied for anna university counselling. I get that college through that counselling.

Internships Opportunities

No, there is no internship provided in my college. They told to search for any companies as per their own. So students have to search for company related to their streams.

Placement Experience

Placement is good, but the problem is that only IT companies come to the college. From another point of view, the college is very good for those students who are interested in doing job in IT companies. Companies like wipro,infosys,CTS,CGI, Tech Mahindra, IBM, TCS and lots more came to the college. The placements in the last year were good. About 200 students got placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship was given by alumni department those who are more than 70%. SRECASS aims to encourage the economically needy and academically deserving students of various UG programmes of the institute to award Alumni Scholarships. This scheme supports second, third and final year students of the UG programme. Rs 2,00,000 can be utilized for scholarship from SREC Alumni Association account.

Campus Life

Gender ratio is 36- boys, 35 girls. All programs are conducted by my college. REC hosts Soccer, Hockey, Cricket, Hand Ball and Athletics Fields, Tennis Courts, Volley Ball Courts, Basket Ball Courts, Ball Badminton and a well equipped gym are Some of the notable sports loved by SREC.

Exam Structure

All staffs were very strict during examination hall. I like my college exam structure lab exams also very strict. We have to do something and shown output for them that was their need. Ii struggled a lot in laboratory exams. SREC recognizes the fact that the examination reforms and functions for assessing and ensuring the quality of technical education are the very basis of success of autonomy.

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
