A Review about SREC

First two semesters have mainly of common subjects like physics, chemistry, english,etc and after entering into 3rd semester, we can select our subjects and staffs based on polls. For every 2 months we have a internal exam and 1 month after that we will have our Semester exams.

There will be many opportunity for getting internships in and out of the campus. We can do interships inside the campus itself through SPARK innovation centre in the campus or many intership notifications will be circulated to the students groups by the faculties itself.

In my college, Placement cell will start to provide placement training for students from 4th semester and the students will eligible to attend campus placements from 6th semester. Highest pack was from a company called Zoho and avarage package from the companies were around 3 - 4 lakhs.

One year Fee structure including tution fee, registration fee, admission fee, lab fee and other compulsory charges for My course (B.E. Computer Science and Engineering) was around ?63,000 - ?70,000 without any scholarship applied. My batchmates from other departments also paid the same fee like me. Students can also avail any valid scholarship like merit scholarships, First graduate scholarship, SC, OBC scholarships, etc.

Annual festivals are rarely held and technical events were held by every departments of our college. My college library has all the necessary books and they are available to all the students. Students can also participate in various extracurricular activities and sports also.

In a room 4 students should accommodate and the rooms will be ok. Food provided in the hostel will be good and non veg will be provided two days in a week. Students can register for hostel accomodation during the admission process itself.

I didn't try to join into any other colleges. I got into my college through public counselling by normal quota. During my time of counselling the minimum cutoff for join my college was around 183. Admission process was simple after your seat was confirmed you need to submit your required certificates on the announced date and you need to pay the fee after one month.

Faculties are very well trained and we can reach them anytime without any hesitation. I don't hate any faculties and every faculties are kind and friendly to the students. We have two internal exams and 1 main semester exam for every semester.

My college was far away from city and there was no hangout spots or hotels around college, we need travel 6 to 7km to go to any hangout spots. Boys should be enter into hostel before 7pm and for girls it is 5 pm.
